Hairygrandpa was the first to inject all kinds of chemicals into his knees, he found out it hurts -leading to a new treatment called: Pain substitution.
The pain from the chemicals overshadows the knee pain, hence no knee pain perceived anymore, instead a crazy stinging and burning sensation.

I have done these for at least 15 years. play around with some other tri exercises but always come back to these. almost forgot close grip bench are great for building size. back when I could do them.

Can't even bring a DB of that weight to chest level.
Will try the same movement with 2 DB's, letting them rest on the traps, pressing them together....no idea if my shoulder will like that, have to go light first.

I do one arm at a time and I can use the other hand to help get it up in position. doesn't really bother my bad shoulder that much doing the exercise. probably hurts the most getting back down and on the rack.

Nah, I'll bleed this time. Got sued and lost due to my azzhole lawyer and the renowned non-existent justice system of bananaland.
Well, it wont kill me but it's a hefty sum to pay. Will have to make cuts to my supplements, may have to drop the creatine now.... (joking, I don't take creatine)
