TGR's Modified PowerBuilding v2.0

Lots of DMSO experience here, never did anything for me besides smelling like garlic all day long.
Some say it works, wish you all the best RegisterJr !

Picked up a bench someone posted on Facebook for $25. It's not what I was looking for but I couldn't pass on it for that price. It'll be perfect for skull crushers, DB presses, etc. I still want to get a sturdy flat and incline. I'm going to make something to store my bars, accessories, and benches on the wall. I have some more room once I clean some items out of here too.

Oh, I have a Hyper/crunch combo but my wife wants it inside for now.

Your stance got wide as heck!

The DMSO stick I have, the time I used it I couldn't believe how fast it worked. Pain reduced/masked massively within a half hour. Tingles much sooner than that.

Also pull-ups should be EOD at the most, and not more than 3x a week - for me I mean, from the couple times I really pushed them hard within last couple years. My lat inserts, elbows or something will always start letting me know if the frequency is too great.

Yeah, I watched the video and thought the same thing. I almost commented on it but thought maybe it was just my imagination. They felt good that way...

I was thinking that tonight. ED will be taxing. Maybe not at my low reps but as they climb. I'll aim for EOD and try to get some other work in. Maybe a 'real' back day occasionally.

$25 bench is so crappy. I need to pull the pad and put metal bracing there.

Sucks the bench is a bust. How's the cake? Looks moist and yummy

It's very good. I'm always pleased with the cakes and donuts I do. More so than other baked items. Icing, probably...

Perfect. I've been wondering what I should use. Was leaning towards plywood until this.

Can I see a picture of the red weight stand to the left? I want to build my own one of those also

Narrow/strong grip on 135 feels fine. On 155 it hurts. Going to switch fully to wide grip.

Thanks. I'm going to make something similar to your floor one and another one attached to the leg board and ceiling as a 4x4 with pipes coming out to hold weights.

Thanks for the idea for my accessories too Mark!

- Thomas that gym has really come together, and that cake!

The cake was awesome.

The more I move the shoulder the better it feels. The front part of the bicep tendon is almost 100%. Where it connects to the shoulder is still sore. Trial and error...

You guys still selling px black?? Considering all the other goodies I might run a log with a stack of your products

No more PX Black, which was AMAZING. We still have PXWhite and a new Stim called Stimz

PX white and Stimz both give a very nice feel...overall I like PX better but stimz is very nice and cost efficient

So trying to make the decision on exactly how I wanna make a good stack for cutting. With what u sent me I have a huge start already. What's really the beneficial differences between stimz/px white??

I guess that would vary person to person. If you have both use one the first week, the other the next. Both give me long lasting energy but PX WHITE curbed my appetite more while STIMZ may have been a tad stronger.

I'm def gonna decide this week. After the first. I'm gonna do a cut down cycle sticking with my 5x5 and 10/10 ss split then do a clean bulk after that and we where I'm at.

And I'm du umb. Totally thought this was my thread. You got any supplements to teach me how to read

Alll the focus on my bicep tendon has done wonders. I'd say it's >90% gone.

Unfortunately.... my supraspinatus tendon is now constantly sore instead.

Ugh.

I guess that's the tendon that also causes rotator cuff issues. I'm not sure if my stretching has caused this or what.

Anyway, I'll google rehab for that and start RC work again. Never ending BS.

That tendon causes havoc all around the shoulder. It blows.

I ordered the bow tie, I'll let you know how that goes for the area.

I ordered one also 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't shipped. I emailed Friday and they said they refund me to get me to the Black Friday price.

When I got to work I did band resistance stuff.

Curls x100

Overhead extensions x100

Rows x40

I made Cookies the other day and they turned out great.

Probably going to do more of these. So easy and tasty. Only 6p/10c/2f though.
