Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Could be worse. You could not be able to train at all...:)
Funny...
That's what I'm talking about. Could not train. Will go today doing shoulders and arms, anything that not involves bending over, jeez.

Short update on my AAS abuse:

It seems I got my hands on Superdrol, holding my breath until I figured out if it's legit.
Should arrive in a week -or so.

Short bulking cycle, here I come, muhahahaha!

cel-mdrol made me ubber aggressive, felt like a badass. I don't know the half life but if you had a chance on legitimate old school mdrol I would go for it-by far the most potent ph I ever tried!!!!

I got the "banned" infamous Superdrol ( methasteron/methyldrostanolone), looking forward to 20mg/day for 3-4 weeks, together with 500mg test-e and 1-ad to prolong the cycle without hurting the liver too much, looking like that:

1-12 test-e 2x250mg/week
1-4 superdrol 20mg/day split
2-12 1-ad 330mg/day split/ TD and oral

Will be a hell of a ride, hopefully the sides are manageable.

Good news for me:

As I still have lower back doms from the BPS challenge, I did a arms and shoulder day.
The good news is, I could do DB lateral raises without problems with 2x25lbs. After my shoulder injury that was totally out of question, until now.

The peptides: IGF1-Lr3, CJC with dac and TB-500 are working! No doubt anymore!

Here the workout:

Biceps preacher curl machine:

Yes!!!! This seems exciting for sure. Superdrol and 1-Test are the two prohormones that I wish I could get my hands on.

1-ad or 1-andro? If the latter, you could do IM to further your AAS abuse. Lol.

1-ad, have one bottle TD in the fridge. As it's not enough for a cycle and I don't want to waste it, I bought from OL UK two bottles oral 1-ad with the 50% discount.

To further help my arthritic knees, I'm gonna do some more crazy shyt:

I just finished injecting around my knees this veterinary product:

Invalid Link Removed

Its chondroitin with a low molecular weight. An Argentinian product for dog, cats and horses that speeds up cartilage formation.
As many of you are taking that stuff orally with glucosamine -and there is absolute nothing on the internet discussing sub-q use in humans, I'm doing the lab rat, figuring it can't be that risky.

The dosage for dogs heavier than 90lbs is 3.5ml every 4-7 days.
I am a heavy dog, alright, so I'm injecting every 3 days 2ml around my knees.
Yesterday I did a test with 1iu to see how I react. As nothing happened, today I injected a total of 2ml bilateral around the patella.

Wish me luck.

Another victory in the gym!

Tried DB reverse presses, too painful for shoulder.
Tried normal DB bench press, flat, worked! <---unbelievable progress after the injury!

I've been away for so long. You're killing it HGP!

Hey! Long time no see! I'm keeping true to my word trying ALL and everything to heal. Made great progress -and I'm very optimistic.
Please read on my peptide protocol, it's working, for me.
My main concern are my arthritic knees now, sadly, Artroglycan, the veterinary stuff I'm using is not available in US.

Yes, I'm back now. While away I was looking into treatments for aging and increasing energy outside of cardio work(vo2max).

Among other things, I discovered a steroid called Danazol is being investigated for its anti aging properties.

I'll definitely check out the peptides your using. Artroglycan might be available through some shady, I mean enterprising, reseller.

Trustworthiness is hard to establish, though. That's the only thing that sucks

Danazol, great find! Will investigate it!

Edit: Don't jump on the Artroglycan wagon just yet, I'm not sure it works, in 3-4 weeks I have an idea. Besides it hurts. The PIP a day after injection is a bummer.
CJC with Dac would be great for healing AND anti-aging, look into that too!

Haha! The weight is ridiculous -but the fact that I can do them again is orgasmic!
Will slowly, very slowly up the weight, keeping it with TUT.

The last healing progress is due to the peptides, no doubt in my mind. If I had to point out one: IGF1 is the key factor, followed by TB-500.

BPC, HGH (CJC/MK) and TB-500 are all slow acting IMHO. IGF1-Lr3 is way quicker.
After countless hours of research, IGF1 will probably not give you more muscle size -but it's healing abilities are undisputed.

Does IGF-1 have an all over effect?

For my next workouts I'm upping volume a bit, preparing the old body for my upcoming Superdrol cycle.

As I learned the hard way, when on cycle do volume, not heavy azz sh1t.

Chins with 2 plates!!!

Really.. it's better to up volume rather than weight while on cycle?

He sure thinks so! I think he is partially right...recovery on cycle is greater, so you should be able to tolerate more volume even at a greater intensity. I am dealing strictly from theory though, while he is walking the walk....

I think it would be interesting to see if high intensity, moderate volume and high frequency may work even better....

Will be the lab rat and do the high volume thingy. The cycle is short, max. 4 weeks. Will post workouts here.

Here is what I will do:
First week on S-drol:
As usual but upping volume a bit, maybe doing 1 extra set per exercise
Next 2-3 weeks when it kicks in:
2-3 exercises per workout day to exhaustion with moderate weights, 4 times/week (like 7-10 sets push ups/7-10 sets pull ups and so on)

I tried to like this twice. Just out of reflex.

Is SD more hepatotoxic than Dbol? Anyone know? Seems like SD is a crazy hardcore oral... I'd love to run it

Will run it with 500mg test-e and some peptides, tudca and other liver support on hand. My guess is, it's as hard on the liver as D-bol.

-IGF 1-DES
-MGF
