Tr3sting the Limits

Guys I might have fccked my knee up. It was fine after last nights workout. All I did was leg press with normal weight. Woke up in the middle of the night and my knee looks like someone implanted a grapefruit it in.

I'm at the ER now getting an xray. Ill update asap.

Thanks dude. I hate getting hurt. Even if its minor. Ive been at 193-194 for a week or so. Need to go up 10 more.

I don't know bro. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and it was hurting. Didn't swell up until around noon today. Now its massive. Doctor said its probably from over working it between work and lifting. I'm on my feet all day at work lifting/moving 300+lb fridges, freezers, elipticals etc.

Try to elevate it, especially when you go to bed. Maybe the swelling will move to your junk. Lol

Dude that looks no bueno. I don't think that looks like a case of just knee swelling either. It's weird it happened at such a weird time and not during leg training

Yeah if it doesn't go back down or if it gets worse, I'll be going back and having something done.
