So will the 19-nor help with your joints?

Some of them supposedly so.
My experience for arthritic knees:
Deca: to long to wait for it to kick in, after 10 weeks some relief starts
NPP: worked very good, relief after 1 week+ , very expensive, lot of pinning

Yeah the ester of Deca is loooooong. That's why I was thinking NPP but the whole Deca d1ck thing is a turn off in more ways than one lol.

19-nor is a group of steroids that have had a carbon atom removed at the C19 spot. Deca, NPP and Trest are a few but there are a bunch 19-nor steroids.

If I'm not mistaken, they're all wet. I could be wrong though.

For Deca or NPP , taking a low dose of cabergoline (lowers prolactin) counteracts the deca-d1ck, supposedly.

Oh forgot to mention. Today was first day of Testosterone Prop 200. Injected .84ml into right quad. No PIP whatsoever. Will pin 3 days a week for a total of 500mg (2.5ml). Not sure what days yet. Probably same days as my workouts.

Not for me. When I was pinning Test E, it was later that night. If I didn't have any PIP by bed, then it wouldn't hurt at all.

Prop is quite different due to the half life and ester.

Edit: also, pip has nothing to do really with the injection, it's more about how the oil distributes and does or does not cause crystallization as the ester is cleaved

Yeah I know. When I first pinned E, I slammed the plunger on it in my quad and holy fcck it hurt. Now I push it slow over 45 seconds or so and it never hurts.

Oh, and I fccked up today. I got to the gym and realized I left my sheet at home. So I was basically running around the gym like a chicken with its head cut off. Gonna redo it tomorrow.

Just winged it. Basically did a push/pull split with the same exercises.
