Tr3sting the Limits

Ha I have a bit of a shoulder misalignment as well. Very unpronounced and something only I will notice but def there. Mine stems from a rotator cuff injury that I never treated correctly and developed some imbalances from. Been working for years to even things out now.

2 days ago arrived another batch, not by mistake.

The "Anorexia" is consistent even after 6 weeks of use -and at half of the recommended dose (don't wanna get too dark - too quick), the perma-boner too.
I read that not all who use it are that happy, some people get nausea after injecting. Boner + nausea = less fun, I guess.

Got it by mistake And now a tan ginger and perma boner. I'd say a higher power is working here.! Lol.
 
Taurine and stretching. Mega dose the taurine. I've gone up to 5g pre, intra, and post before.
I'm taking my 2nd dose of 5g right now.

I was mega dosing taurine too. It was in part to my using so much Beta Alanine over time.

I'm not sure yet. I'm gaining a lot less fat than I anticipated. If I keep getting the lean gains, then ill probably keep bulking . I haven't even considered cutting. Either bulk or recomp.

Yeah, a cut would be stupid. I figured you would be doing either a recomp and keep bulking. I think I would maybe do a recomp since your anabolic environment won't be as favorable to crazy calories. Good work again bud!

Spoke to my bro and I told him what you were running and planning on 16 weeks. Told me you should only de-condition for 5-6 days. Instead of 9-12 days, Still important. You will be healed in 3-4 days. Then asked what lifting program you had planned after your 2nd 8 week run on HST. If you were going to run another HST?

I'm not sure yet. Might give my joints an extra week or two to get used to all the extra weight.

But I'm gonna decondition for the, say 6, days in between HST programs. Then rest for a week or 2 with push/pull.

I would probably save the 4 ad you already have a test base. Might look at something that might be joint friendly or helpful since you will be running 1ad. Just a thought.

That's why I'm thinking another 19-nor since Trest was taking care of that in the first half. It'll have to be a short acting one. Could maybe go with Tren Ace. I don't know. I'll have to look at what's available and what prices are.

Even think of D-Bol. Heard that is good on the joints. If you can find it.

I've considered it because it's really cheap, but I'd like to do something that's easier to hold on to gain-wise. A lot of guys I talk to said they blew up but then lost 60-80% of the gains through a full pct. A couple guys didn't lose that much but most did.
 
That's true but might help with the 1ad joint dryness. Might lite does it. And play it by ear as you go. Don't think you ever keep all your gains on any AS? You would know better than me.

Yeah it would definitely help. And no you never keep all of them but DBol is notorious for deflating lol.
 
I forgot to mention, I cut my shin pretty good on a tailgate at work today. About 1 inch long and 1mm separation. Not quite needing stitches but I'll get them if it doesn't close on its own. Gonna be interesting to see how well the MK-677 does with cell repair. Normally it would take about 2 weeks for something this size to heal to a scar (post-scab).

Could be. But I would drop MK and do cjc+dac. No hunger on cjc+dac.

What it NOT does is, compensate for stim-d1ck. Dmaa+Ephedra causes stim-d1ck for me and Melanotan2 does not negate that effect.

I agree. At best it's a cheap -and less effective alternative to Anavar.

Not yet. I was going to talk to him this past week some more, but I didn't go to the gym because of my janky back. Although it is feeling good enough to slide in tomorrow morning and see what I got. I think to be totally honest I am going to get his e-mail and go from there. I feel a little rude taking up his time at the gym.

My personal thought is maybe early summer. Learn some things and come back late summer/early fall with my newfound knowledge and really do well. I am going to try my damnedest to stay natural for a bit, but I don't know if that'll be possible

Looks good brother! Hope the changes help. Preventing injury should always come first. Just blend the changes in as needed. Rock on!

I Make my lovely wife do it. Actually I'm blessed that she can stay home and do it. We enjoy life at our age. I would call it semi clean eating year round. She does make a mean chicken fried steak and cream gravy! She only fixes it around the first of every month. She is a good women!
I'm the fat ass that eats cheese burgers and fries at lunch sometimes it's pizza Buffett! Lol

19-nor is a group of steroids that have had a carbon atom removed at the C19 spot. Deca, NPP and Trest are a few but there are a bunch 19-nor steroids.

If I'm not mistaken, they're all wet. I could be wrong though.
