LMAO Ok so believe it or not I was really referring to food, I live up north and for us a dirty pancakes is just cooking your bacon first and then cooking your pancakes in the "dirty" grease.

Reverse pec - 80 10/8
DB lat - 30 10/8
DB front - 30 10/10
Shrugs - 40 10/10
Ez bar curl - 130 10/9
Dip - bw+15 10/8
Ab isolator - 130 10/10

Elbow was feeling better so I did bench. Then it was hurting again lol.

Looks good and you are getting the hang of it? most people over think it or give up after the first week. Old habits are hard to break.

Just finished my drop sets. Had to pull over the car and throw up. Start my de-condition. Only got to first day of drops. My CNS is shot. I hit 7+ drop sets on every lift except leg presses. Started with 16 plates and finished with 6. Had to lay down for about 15 min. Thought my old ass was going pass out. The roided monster at the gym helped me drop plates then he wanted to do it. He tapped out with 8 plates left! Took me 3 hrs. To finish Today! Now get on with your bad self! I'm really stoked to see how you look after 8 weeks.

And I was talking over my cycle plans with someone earlier. I have significantly more Tr3st left than I thought so in 4 weeks, I'm gonna bridge into 4-andro TD and 1-Andro Enanthate. I'm gonna be running Test Prop at 500mg starting this week through the end of the cycle. This will add 6 weeks to the cycle's length for a total of 16 weeks. I have plenty of Exemestane and Nolva incase anything gets out of hand.

On the leg press I drop 2 plates each set. The one I use is a hack slide machine that you can turn into a 45 degree leg press.
You will have to set your lifts to get through atleast 5 sets on the drop. You may have to change some of your lifts. Some exercises are hard to do proper drop sets without a partner. I usually drop set on a machine leg press where I can just move the pin. Talked this dude into helping me today. Note: when you get to week 8 there is just one drop set per lift. Not 3. When you get close we can talk. Now the negatives are 3 sets. FUN!

Man you are growing quick! Excellent job. Make sure you hit the same possess in your start pics after 8 weeks. We all want to see before and after pics. Let me talk to my HST master and explain that your running a 16 week cycle. I will try to give him a call tomorrow.

Dam bro. Same body fat and up 13lbs. That is illegal! That is what HST is supposed to due. Design and scientifically proven to build muscle. It's not for cutting.

I need to try to get ahold of a good friend that turned me onto HST over 5 years ago. I know he has used AAS and HST many times. It might be Monday before I pm you. We still have a little time.
