Nah, prob 15 but it'll go away ha. As you can tel, my body only uses small amounts apparently so the rest just kinda... fall out the back door haha

Lol I know how that goes. If I eat less than my maintenance, >3400, I'll lose 5 pounds in a couple days. Ridiculous.

The weight you "gain" from a ridiculous eating challenge is 99.9% bloat and glycogen. Even the most efficient bodies can only handle so much in a day. Same thing as mega dosing a vitamin, you just piss them out. Your body can only store so much, even as fat. The rest just leaves.
