Nice try sweetie, you still ain't getting my cell number. Lmao! I have a family with 2 police officers, 1sheriff, 1us marshal and my step brother that was killed trying to help a guy that was getting jumped by 4 guys when he was off duty. I'm on the strait and narrow.

You need to get your ass on a plane and come up here for a week or two this spring we can hit the Expos in Boston meet some of the pros

I spend all spring, summer and fall dragging my daughter around the states playing softball. Little over 3years and she will be in college and I might have a little free time. Plus my wife doesn't trust me for some reason? Mooowhah..........

I might put up some pics at the halfway point - if there's any noticeable difference. Either way at the end of the run.
Shrugs are definitely one of my favs. Besides doing them on back day, I throw some in on the top of dedz.
Now if I could just figure out of all my suppz what's making me ache.....

Just cardio and healthy eating today - while being surrounded by people eating pure garbage! No temptation but I'm happy I had my food prepared for the whole weekend - as a matter of fact I think i made enough to last me till tuesday. Only one protein shake and the rest just good food. Not weighing in till monday morning so we'll see what i have to adjust - or not. Cheers
 
No I have to maintain a neutral position I love the sport itself I don't really have any favorites except Fedor Emelianenko and his brother Alexander those are my only favorites.

Big Fedor fan myself - strong as all tomorrow, super talented, but doesn't feel the need to look like a skeleton! Roy nelson overdoes but I get him.
 
Started at 330mg now at 440mg, but i underestimated the lethargy so ill be on 330mg of 4andro as well when it comes in. lethargy and joints are the only things I've noticed so far

Im doing 330mg with 500epi and super dhea..... I guess eventually i'll pinpoint the curlpit....
 
So I had prepared all my weekend food beforehand so I could hang out with family and friends while they stuffed themselves on junk. Well, evidently my food was too good - they finished it off last night! Oh well, they're probably all paying for it now - it was my special keto metloaf: ground beef, eggs, tons of ground cayenne and garlic, and a half a cup of ground flax seed! That'll git yer engine runnin! Lmfao
 
Day 8 - 252 lbs
So the suppz are definitely doing something. I ate good food over the weekend but waaay over maintenance, and did no lifting, and nevertheless lost a few tenths of a lb - freaky! Heading out to do cardio. Cheers.
 
Oh I'm an idiot. I sent my 4andro home instead of to my apt... won't have it till Friday now :( :( currently bumming 100mg from my friend
 
Usually I celebrate national pectoral day on mondays, but I decided to change it up today and go for hardcore delts and tris. For delts i went for heavier weights and less sets, but every set slow and controlled with super slow negatives on the last heavy sets. Then i completely burnt out my tris on cable work.

Still wondering which supp is making me completely seriously pumped?!

Food today: 5-8 protein shakes, 2-4tsp coconut oil, and spicy ground beef rolled in chicken breastisiz with broccoli and cauliflower.

So are you making your diet mainly shakes and one meal? Am I seeing that right? Straight whey or you mixing it up

Quick but solid back session-
Hammer Shrugs. Up to 10 plates for 15
Drop to 6 plates for 25

Hammer Rows. Up to 10 plates for 15
Drop to 6 plates for 20

BB Bent Rows. Up to 285 for 20
Then dropped twice for 20 each

5 sets of fatty pull ups

And I was done.

Oh, and for some reason I went down a belt hole today - comfortably!

Btw - it's the first day since I started this run that the lethargy was gone. Don't know if my body adapted (is that even possible?) or it's because I upped the Sup3r Dhea......but either way, it's MUCH easier to function now
