Tank Running OL/OL UK Andros and Stuff (unsponsored)

Day 15 - 253.4 lbs
I'm sick of this. Time to dial it up. Gonna tighten up on the calories this week and go for a little more cardio and see what happens. I am seeing some changes but I know I can do a little better. I can't just sit back and wait for the supps to kick in!

Going for high rep chest and shoulders today. Decent weight, hi reps, short breaks.
Should get things moving.
Food today: chicken and greens - plus 6-8 protein shakes

what are you sick of you gained .4 lbs over the weekend? If so you want to gain a little brother when you take 2 days off to let the muscles rebuild a little.

I think your progress is spot on! don't want to lose too much too fast unless your goal is to get skinny.

Of course you're right - just trying to keep my head in the game to stay on track.
 
Pounded out a high rep workout today. Mixed chesticles and deltazoids. Decided to try to do each one twice a week. As long as I recover between sessions it should be good.

4 excercises averaging 7-8 x15-20

Seated Shoulder Press
Hammer decline press
Hammer incline press
PecDec - single arm and double arm

A lot of work, but not too heavy. I'm really feeling it - even in my tris. If I can recover by thursday I'll go again, but with more focus on delts.

Looking forward to some decent upper back work tomorrow.

A grand time was had by all! ;)
 
Day 16 - 253 lbs
I feel good today for a change - i mean in da brain! I realized today that my clothes are fitting much better, I'm looking more "peeled", and I'm seeing muscle and bone that I almost forgot I had! Oh, and some cool person of the chicklette persuasion wanted to know how come my arms were so pumped if all I was working was back - to which I got to say - they always look pumped! :)

Upped the cardio a tad....nothing crazy; about 15 minutes extra.

Today's food: 5-7 protein shakes, 2 tbsp coconut oil, grilled chicken brestisiz, broccoli/cauliflower spicey salad. I figure it between 3-400 cals less than usual.

Todays workout: upper back. Ok, SOMETHING kicked in dunno what, cause the weights were feeling much lighter. Anyhoo....
Hammer shrugs
Hammer low rows
Bent over rows
Pull downs
All decent weight for high reps

Pull ups
And a new one: single arm BB dedz. Started light with 135 just to get the movement down. Felt good.

I'm actually beginning to see slight changes in the mirror. Could be imagining it but I seriously don't care! Lol!

Did arms today -
Precherz, bb curlz, rope curlz
Oh tri ext, close grip push ups, rope push downs

About 7-10 sets each; 10-15 reps each set

Did about 15 minutes extra cardio today.

Menu repeat from yesterday - protein shakes, coconut oil, grilled chicken, broccoli/cauliflower/purple cabbage spicey mix.

And tomorrow is another day centered around food......

I just kicked my own @$$ in the gym. The gym was OVERFLOWING with people working off pre eating guilt, so when I got my stuff I stuck with it.
Hammer shoulder press - 5 heavier x15.
10 lighter x15

Hammer chest press - 10x15

It was enough but I did a bunch of dips, pecDec, and reverse pecDec.

Now I get to watch other people eat

Workout looks good. Happy thanksgiving to you brother. Think I'm going to drink too much tonight. I'm on my decondtion. I did protein and carb load today, I love thanksgiving!
 
Day 19
Just finished working out. What a crazy town - the gym was almost empty today! I guess people were still sleeping off the turkey....
I had no turkey - the geniuses we joined made a fruit jelly based gravy - I aint wasting my daily carb allowance on that!
I had some grilled steak...maybe a little too much, but hey!

Did squatz, sumo/conventional/straight leg dedz, bent rows, shrugs, fatty pull ups, and repped out on preacherz. I seem to be getting stronger on the precherz....quite happy about that!

Btw, although this is officially a cut, there seems to be some recomp going on. I'll take it!

Next year - pie and ice cream!
 
Glad for you that finally strength is creeping in, is about time for your cycle!
 
I can't believe this is basically 3 weeks in. Is this about the average time for the andros to kick in?

Refuse to weigh in and ruin my mood - feeling great - I got to meet my quad muscles! Clothes feel tight in the right places and loose in the right places. I'm eating on point and doing everything right. So FTS!
Oh, and I was bull strong in the gym - andros and stuff have definitely kicked in! On shoulder presses I usually hit a heavyish weight for 10 then drop down 30lbs and rep out for sets of 10-15. Today I went up 10 lbs on my heavy set - then stayed there and repped out. What a great feeling!

As I said, as long as recovery stays good, I'm doing a pec/delt combo 2x a week.

Did some great shoulder presses- behind the neck and in front.

Did Hammer incline and decline presses.

Cable flyes

PecDec

Food today is about 5-6 protein shakes and weekend leftovers - chicken, beef, and greens.

Haha! I love that attitude, bro! I've stayed entirely too tied to the scale over the past year. I've made the decision to go more by looks and how my clothes fit. Especially when I start cutting again in January.

Keep up the good work!

I don't respond well to alot of stuff, so I really took a chance on this setup. I was like holding my breath til it kicked in, but quite happy now.....
 
Day 23 - 249.6 lbs yaaaaaay! :)
The scale came through for me today! The trade off is that I'm really hungry; I mean REALLY hungry - like sarms hungry! I think I cut the cals a tad too much.....I'm gonna up the fat a drop and the fiber alot and see what happens.....

More great news on the strength front - I went up significantly in lbs and reps on every major exercise! The shizzz has kicked in!

Have no idea! They recommend taking all andros with fats. Each time I take andros i pop fish/coconut/cbd oil.

To keep the liver occupied while youR gut takes up the 4AD. Its an oil that your body likes to break up into smaller molecules, dropping it with fats full of essential omegas discourages this, increasing its bioavailability. I think.

Day 24 - 256 lbs??!!
So yesterday I had less than 1400 clean cals, did my cardio and weights, and today the scale went up over 6 lbs! I know about fluctuations, but this is redonculous! Whatever! I just hope it's not ph bloat - I used to get that from the old time ph cycles and it would drive me NUTS till it cleared. But it used to happen right away not 3 weeks in. Anyhow, in spite of all that, I'm feeling good, eating right, and had a solid workout. So I'm just gonna stick with it. Added in some taurine which always helps me with bloat.

Worked arms today. Loads of heavy high rep precherz and oh tri extensions. Then a ton of cable stuff for bis, tris, and forearms. Looking forward to another delt/pec session tomorrow.

I gained 3lbs since yesterday and I'm a wee man compared to you. My Workout today was strong.
 
Day 25

Had a solid day in spite of having to work overtime... Besides my protein shakes food is ground beef and spicy purple cabbage.
Did chesticles and deltazoids again as recovery is still on point so I get to hit them twice a week. Did

Side raises
Everything heavyish, hi rep, endless sets.

Feeling good, clothes fit good, not weighing myself till at least monday!
