Tonight's workout was sick . Strength still hasn't stopped going up , weight is back down to 195 , regardless of weight I'm still happy with strength and my appearance . Traps and delts are looking really nice . Deff an area I'd like to grow and improve .

Great workout bro. Maybe put a little more emphasis on your pulling strength to even out with your push.
 
should prob work on putting those weights away when you're done snapping selfies you little punk haha
 
They're fun. I usually superset them with pullups. The weight on High Rows is really high so it makes you feel/look good lol. I can do 160 seated but 260 on high, both for a solid 8.

but not now he just started a HST program and is going to stick to it. :slap:
 
Bro I just checked out Cerberus V2 and damn lol. 1-andro, 4-andro and epiandro. Run it at 5 caps a day and be golden.
 
Today did chest and arms next update I'll let everyone know my upper power numbers . I currently have half a vial left so I'll just use the rest of it . So when that's done I'll hop off . Don't think I'll ever do an oral only cycle again after this tbh haha test is just too awesome

Scale says 199, pump was insane today to the point I didn't know if I was gonna be able to lift heavy without my roomate to spot but I said **** it . Bench hasn't budged . I felt like I had the power with in me to go bigger but my chest and arms said no . Gonna push for 225 as my final goal by the end of this cycle , I have probably 2 weeks worth left of test . Barbell rows went up and so did lat downs and basically the accessory work. Still pushing and gonna end this strong .

Welp today is the last shot of my cycle . Did lower power yesterday . Gonna log a full cycle of my final workouts and then compare my numbers to my first . Sad to stop but ready for a nice break and plans for the future !

Don't know how you're doing it bro lol got under a month left in my cycle and I never want it to end haha. But you killed it homie! I'll be running some epicat and MK in my pct as well , how long are you running that ? The MK I think I'm gunna stay on till my next cycle so 4-6 months and might stay on during next cycle too.
 
Will be on Epicurus and mk-677 ;) maybe some creatine

I have used tbol as a kickstart for my test e run. I am definitely satisfied as I am already hitting PRs on my major lifts! 50 mg a day for me and it works!

Looks good. Maybe work on Rows. Alternate barbell and upright with the machine. And if you have Hammer Strength equipment, the High Row is good.
