6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

On shift today man. And not 1 d@mn deer seen yesterday. Only 1 shot ever heard all day. They just weren't moving. It was 80 degrees though.

Sounds like maybe we all need to head down for a good old fashioned deer drive

Have to do the inside of my bicep and left chest. That's going to take me a while just to save the money for that! Lol

And I know it's different for everybody, but my chest tattoo hurt. Felt like he was using a fork
 
Nice session today guys! Pretty stoked about it. Did legs and threw in some deadlifts just cause I wanted to do some. Ate a few extras this weekend simply because I fricken wanted to. The calories are fixing to get smacked in the mouth for a bit, gotta let em go.

Woke up feeling sort of sick, very tired from the weekend, but the magic of HT Lipodrene (35mg DMAA per cap) was great. I never tried DMAA before so I had no idea what to expect, but even though I was sort of out of it and exhausted, I still had tons of energy. This cut is going to go very, very well.

My wife's shower cap, lol. Brings a bit color into the picture.
Was looking for my daughters bathing accessories like: bubble bath salt, rubber duck and stuff, couldn't find it. :(

This evening. I think my lats are looking better as well as my middle back to waist line. No holding back, I need to know

FireTitan - great work man. You seem to carry more fat in the front, your back is relatively lean IMO but you can see your lower back fat is disappearing...almost can't see it now. This makes your last flare more! You are tapering now! Proud of you.

As for me, I've been busy and not updating as much as I wish. Yesterday I was working in filling the dumpster that's been in my driveway for over a month, jumping on the top, throwing stuff in, trying to force the gate closed. I also had to chop up a small tree with an axe. Lots of swinging, twisting, lifting and throwing. And I ended up pulling my lower back badly and couldn't even walk very well. This meant no workout for me. I have been resting it, hopefully I can workout tomorrow. I was a bit depressed that I just started this for a second time and now I get paid up. But it seems to be healing fast so it isn't so bad. If I'm not back at it tomorrow, I will be soon. Diet was in check yesterday and today...and actually Saturday too which was my 2500 calorie/semi-cheat day. I had hibachi shrimp and a bunch of Japanese fried rice for dinner on Saturday.

Weight hasn't come off since Saturday...but I will keep working it. Not worried yet.

I think when we see our own results...it isn't as impressive. To me that front shot is a huge change for around a month. It is pretty dramatic. Us guys seem to always have this patch of fat under our chest against our arms. You can see a huge reduction in that agree, chest fat is way down, stomach is getting flatter and bad starting to show. I think it shows great progress!

Huge difference in my eyes. We are indeed the toughest on ourselves. The hard work is paying off!!

You, on the other hand, are really starting to lean up! Broad shoulders, tapering V, looking more studly with every picture
