Q & A FOR OR1GIN

I had a pint of ice cream yesterday and went to go deadlift and 3 people I see regularly complimented me on body composition.:yawn:

Then I got bitched out for making noise deadlifting :AR15firing:- almost no one deads for real at my gym :(

You can use it, but i wouldnt. That product has multiple ingredients which inhibit absorption of nutrients.

afaik hca and gymnema do inhibit carbohydrate absorption to some degree. hoowever, they also help with fat burning and gymnema increases insulin secretion. gh+insulin=anabolic.
also what nobody mentioned is that ghrelin has been shown to somewhat correlate to adipositas, meaning increased ghrelin could make one gain fat. i am sure you considered this when formulating or1gin to offset this but the combination could work to keep one more lean.
i don't think recompadrol would inhibit nutrient absorption to the point where it would inhibit anabolism.
a different nutrient partitioner would probably be better though.

that being said, why doesn't olympus have one in their line-up?

the best one on the market ime is burn24, however if mass gains are a priority i would look for something containing na-r-ala.

I'd love to see OL release a nutrient partitioner or GDA, one without berberine that is.
 
Yes. I've heard others say "it's nothing to worry about," and it may not be, but if there's a couple other ingredients that can do the job similarly then why risk it?

Just simply working out would prevent but why take anything which would trigger that anyway:)

But the truth is if you workout (do strength training) , you would eliminate this bad effect from Berberine :)

Berberine is pretty effective stuff
Right, but wouldn't that only matter right after your workout? On days off or the meals prior to that the ampk would have free reign, so to speak?

why not? it's one of the most popular herbs in ayurveda and has incredible potential. do you know tinofend?

i realize your product is already being made or finished, i was just mentioning some stuff that i would use if i could make a nutrient partitioner now. just stuff that came to mind during a walk...lol

It's much more complex than you'd imagine.
In obese subjects the circulating level of the anorexigenic hormone leptin is increased, whereas surprisingly, the level of the orexigenic hormone ghrelin is decreased. It is now established that obese patients are leptin-resistant.
The pathophysiological mechanism responsible for GH (a POWERFUL endogenous lipolytic hormone) hyposecretion in obesity is multifactorial, and there is a well documented defect in ghrelin secretion. Ghrelin has been extensively found to be reduced in obese humans.
 
Okay guys, I must say it seems like this stuff is actually effecting GH to some degree. Ive been waking up with tingly hands lately. This isn't just coincidence because I have woke up with numb hands 3 times in the past week.

so I have 5 more days left on my trenavar and iIccan'twait to start or1gin so i said screw it and I'm starting it while I'm still on trenavar, xtyler good idea or should Ihold off?
i was thinking using these 5 days before pct kind of bridge and n my body keep more of my cycle gainz.

I'm on origin since Friday night and what I've noticed is that I don't go that often to WC (from 3-4 times down to 1 or twice per day), no increase in hunger (apparently it's too early).

I just finished a bulk now dialing down my diet with my coach more or less a recomp. I don't really expect to gain weight with the diet and Origin but would love to see how much i can retain while dropping the muffin top. Plus the added recovery for when you start to die out. With this meal program i'm also working a 14hr construction shift and hitting the gym for a couple hours a day. I will add a meal or protein bars if i feel like im hitting the wall.

1 cup black coffee
2 slices Ezekiel bread and almond butter
1cup of rice or sweet potato x6
6 0z meats chicken or beef or salmon. x6
1 cup of greens each meal has to be green veggies. x6
2-3 protein shakes (50g min)
1 handfull of almonds
1 orange
1-2 protein bars depending on how i feel in between meals and what work im doing that day.

one 6hr cheat meal a week ie you can cheat for a total of 6hrs then back to the diet. I find this helps me not make a cheal meal into a cheat day to a cheat weekend.

Yah i go full potato when i buy OL products cause i know they will be worth it and those damn insider prices can't be beat...... My stash of OL is getting out of hand...or not it's all relative. lol
