I'm applying the same spots. Seems like I am definitely sweating more as well!
Is yours applying smoothly? Mine is broken down into an oil/alcohol type solution and boogery globs. Have tried breaking down the boogers with hand sanitizer and water. Neither worked.
I have two beta bottles. I did NOT shake it enough when I started the first bottle and I honestly didn't even finish the bottle yet because of it. It became so thick and clumpy it was unusable and I need to figure out a way to fix that. 90% alcohol may be the answer...
Second bottle, I've been shaking the absolute crap out of and I haven't had many issues yet. I also haven't been applying quite as much, I think I was putting on too much before. On the first bottle, with heavier application, my skin would be sticky all day from it. Shaking and going a little lighter has really helped. I usually follow up after application with a couple pumps of hand sanitizer and it almost makes me shiver the cooling effect becomes so strong.
See? As soon as you get lean you find a wife and marry her. Congrats to the wedding! joking

And yes, this cardio is NUTS. It's short term. But you were the one who told me to do cardio...what are you saying now? Haha.
Anyway, I didn't eat much yesterday, but then did eat at the wedding. Had some fish with a very small amount of cream sauce and bread crumbs, 1 slice of bread, and a small amount of potatoes. Then I had one small piece of wedding cake. Couldn't resist...it's a wedding. I hit 4,396 calories burned for the day, according to my fitbit. This shocked me because I ran out of time to run on the treadmill and my foot was hurting so I only did 30 minutes on the second bout of cardio (ran 2.75 miles). If my foot wasn't hurting I would have liked to at least hit 1 hour. I think I need a better pair of sneakers.
I slept in today, totally exhausted, haven't done any cardio yet. This is my 3rd day where I try to hit 4,000 calories for the week, but I'm not sure I can do it.....we will see. Body isn't happy and I may have to just relax a little.
Today's weigh in:
Bodyweight: 168.7 pounds
Bodyfat %: 18.1%
Waist: 36.25"
New low on the waist, close to my low in weight. I don't think I'm going to lose the 18 pounds in 6 weeks....about 16 days left before that's over and even with this weight I'm about 7.5 pounds down. But, if I have another run of 9 pounds in 9 days then I'm right back in the game. How hard could that be? haha.
