Single Arm cable pushdowns

And then to get funky I had 1 cable set as a trice push down and one cable set as a curl and did them simultaneously. Interesting. Finished with 2
More sets of body weight dips at 10 a piece

Just watched a Justice League movie with my daughter last night. Was surprised by the language and the gore. Was not expecting that. My daughter repeated one of the phases that I had to tell her was not acceptable for her to say. Other than that one time, she did alright with it but I'm not going to let her watch it again till she's older.
