Lol Justice League was slacking...

Just watched a Justice League movie with my daughter last night. Was surprised by the language and the gore. Was not expecting that. My daughter repeated one of the phases that I had to tell her was not acceptable for her to say. Other than that one time, she did alright with it but I'm not going to let her watch it again till she's older.

Because, compared to some of these young bucks, we're old. Of course, I don't compare myself to younger guys because it makes me feel old. Instead, I compare myself to older guys ( thebigt ) and make myself feel young. Lol! See Tom, I appreciate your age!
 
Helluva lift today, got a great pump! Wanted to dedicate biceps and triceps to my first dose of Powermax XT to see how the pump does.
Isolation Curls w/u 35x15

Standing EZ curl including 25lb bar

Incline cable curls for 3 sets
Fixed barbell curls
80x10x2..80x10 with the last being a 6 second negative
Body weight dips
10 sets X 4
Skull crushers
100x20..100x15..100x10
Single Arm cable pushdowns
50x3 each arm
And then to get funky I had 1 cable set as a trice push down and one cable set as a curl and did them simultaneously. Interesting. Finished with 2
More sets of body weight dips at 10 a piece




Looks like a lota work! Dems the stuff that pops them sleeves - way to kill it!

Couldnt agree more. Thats why I love the gym on the campus I work at( besides the gym FULL of 10s), but at 39 Im lifting weight that these 20 year old college "athletes" just cant fathom. Haha!! Fathom....an older guys word!

As long as you stay with Marvel (EXCEPT Deadpool) you'll be safe DC is definitely more adult oriented.

I look at it like this...I might be older, but I got to live in a time where people had more respect for each other and weren't as rude and as self absorbed as people today are...I have memories of a better time that todays young people will probably never know-unfortunately!!!

Todays workout was NICE!! Great pump with the PowerMax XT,but unfortunately I forgot to take my Epidrone PWO. Not cool. Starting to see some leaning out, but I dont know what my weight is. I did feel spunky, so decided to try hammer curls with the 100s. Funny. I got a few, but they were ugly. Just had fun trying
