FireTitans body butter meltdown

FireTitan I like how you weight zero pounds!!!! really cutting that weight brother.

FireTitan does set the bar for looks, but let's wait and see how he looks at 53!

Hell, he'll probably look even better then than he does now, and we'll both be 66. (Fawk, just depressed myself)

Thank you gentlemen, really. And neither of you should be depressed at all, you both rock. I hope I can still be on here impressing guys at 53, as you both do

Quick update, if youre on my powermax log and the 6 week weight loss log, sorry for being redundant. But testing ladders today, got my finger smashed pretty bad. Its swollen , the nail is black and blue, I drilled through it with a cordless drill and 1/16th bit but most of the pressure is still there. The entire finger tip is dark blue. No lifting today, I cant grab anything with that hand so rocked out 2 hours of racquetball burning about 1900 calories during. So not to bad

Hope you don't lose your nail.

Lmao my friend nair's his b-hole. Seriously.

Not sure which is stranger; that he does it, or that he tells people he does it. Would certainly make me ask questions if he calls and says he needs help with something.

Damn bro never thought of drilling through it, I always heated up a needle and just melted through it to release the pressure

How long before you got you grip back? Im starting to question this one. I found a safety pin and heated it, pushed it through making a new hole. Its steadily oozing blood, but NOT releasing the pressure, and still cant bend the finger at the end joint. EMS shift tomorrow night is gonna SUCK

Im back gentlemen!! ryane87 got me to remember this so Im back on it. Little catch up, as most of you have probably already seen on my other logs. Dont know my weight right now and don't care, my weight loss efforts have turned more into a recomp, and Im ok with it. Just got done logging Powermax XT from Performax and it was amazeballs. So, Im back on here and will be MUCH more active, so hopefully Ill still have some of you to follow along and push me further than I could go without you!! Also, first picture is where I was when I started

Gut still has a bunch of losing to do.

The change is still amazing homie. Don't sell yourself. Plus, we ALL have lots of work to do

Thank you my friend. I ive lost fat everywhere but my chest and stomach, I guess its going to stubborn and go last

It is for men. It'll get there

FireTitan - you are a hero for real and I have to tell you, you put your mind to this just a few weeks ago and the change had been inspiring. Are people in real life saying stuff? I bet they are. You made a decision and you changed your life. I am proud of you.

Man I love your encouragement!! And yes, a few people are starting to comment. But in all honesty, outside of family, this forum and co workers, Im pretty non social. Don't do well in crowds and despise stupidity, so the people Insee the most see me all the time and really dont notice the difference. Im good with that. I did send that last picture of me to my dad and the first thing he asked was "what are you on?" That was a compliment in his own way. As bad as it is, what really makes me feel good about what Im doing, is when I get smiles and comments from the college girls here. We just got back from a fire alarm ( Danieley Center) and when I went to get resident information, this young girl with a younger skirt on looked at me and said yummy. Im 39, that just really helps me(and me ego) lol.

Thanks brother! Im fixing to crank the intensity.

Indeed lol.

Love it!! Absolutely love Japanese tradition with their thoughts and beliefs on honor, loyalty and respect for their elders and those that blazed the trail before them. And the samurai is about as "warrior" as it gets. Glad to have you and your wisdom in here, thank you
