Ok, since lukehayd called me out, I guess I need to update. I got a little off track on my diet, especially considering I accepted HIT4ME s 6 week weight loss challenge. My training was still good, my my "cheat meals" were actually just becoming my routine diet. After a little smack from MrKleen73 I realized that his claiming Inwas making excuses was spot on. So Im back on track. Im attempting to drop around 20lbs, while maintaining as much meat as I can. Im running between 900-1100 calories a day with 175-200 protein and 50 carbs or less. Back to around 5-6 hours of racquetball a week and lifting heavy, heavy for me. Will have some 1RM days coming soon. Will be shooting for 265 on shoulder press. Now pulling 145 on croc rows. I got 315 for 2 sets of 10 on squats and on my deadlifts I managed 315 for 11,6 and 3 consecutively. I will be starting a new log in the supplement section for powermax xt very soon.
