FireTitans body butter meltdown

I love hitting the bag!! I need to start doing it again. I change stations on Monday, and the one Im going to has a heavy bag as well as a grappling bag that I can throw down and release my frustrations on!! Excited

Hey! It's a new station - you gotta fake normal for a little - don't scare em all right away! Lmfao!
 
Since the mma craze my gym installed a room full of full length bags which swing freely and hit people. Brilliant!;)
Haha they just put in those battle ropes and it takes up so much room and I have seen people try to jump over them. With someone going ham on the other side
 
I used to box, 3 minutes of constant strict form 1-2s with 30 seconds rest, after 3 rounds you were wasted.

I do love my stepmill though.
 
That's one reason I like these DVD workouts. I get some punching, kicking, leaping, squatting, and abs in a low impact way. No back pain from it. It's amazing how effective you can make a cardio workout with no equipment.

Anybody try hitting a heavy bag for cardio? Its great once you get used to it and very NOT boring

You mean like a dime bag? I don't do that stuff anymore and I'm pretty sure that no matter how much puff puff pass you do, it's not actually good cardio. ;)

Hmmm, puff puff pass on itself may not be cardio, but, what if you wore some 1980s wrist weights? Could it now be considered resistance training?
 
I used to smoke pretty frequently before I had a family. I was in my best shape then....lol

Nice. I'm pretty sure just about everyone has one. I've met so many people who say they bought P90X but never did it when they hear my story. I'm just not one to quit once I decide to do something. I definitely can quit after, but not during the commitment I made. In those early days, I think that's the only reason I kept going. It works against me sometimes too. I bought Insanity. After a month, my knees were barking pretty bad. Just too much leaping for a big guy. Instead of quitting, I iced them all the time and finished the 2nd month. Just so I could say I finished it. And then it took forever for my knees to stop hurting!
 
Pretty good workout this morning. All the lifts were the same as
Last time, although I can say that the 255lb Barbell rows were pretty fricken easy today. Another sweaty session and I belua lot of that is due to the 2 epidrone Im dripping PWO.

But I was in a bad habit of 2 drinks a night before bed. Had to be absolutely killing my ability to lose the fat. May explain the plateau. :)

Now I have to answer to you all. Liquor cabinet is lonely.

Yes sir, same mutt mix here, dad and grandma are both fair skinned and red headed. I got the attitude from them I guess, cause my 4"6' grandma can still kick some a$$! Lol. Im better off without it honestly. Speaking for myself

Agreed, there's little redeeming value to it. But once I get cut, I'm gonna chug bottles of the stuff and eat cheeseburgers. That'll be my maintenance plan.
 
I don't drink anymore either. I was a happy drunk...haha the only drink that ever made me want to beat ass was wild turkey. Whooo I would get some of that in me and I was ready to go! LOL

Yes sir buddy, I have hammered down some turkey in my past. I'm a possessive drunk. If I went to a bar or club and someone was starting crap with one of my friends, I would casually push my friend to the side and take the fight for him. It was ugly at times, and I was an idiot so I loved every minute. I pay for so much of that crap now.

Ok, since lukehayd called me out, I guess I need to update. I got a little off track on my diet, especially considering I accepted HIT4ME s 6 week weight loss challenge. My training was still good, my my "cheat meals" were actually just becoming my routine diet. After a little smack from MrKleen73 I realized that his claiming Inwas making excuses was spot on. So Im back on track. Im attempting to drop around 20lbs, while maintaining as much meat as I can. Im running between 900-1100 calories a day with 175-200 protein and 50 carbs or less. Back to around 5-6 hours of racquetball a week and lifting heavy, heavy for me. Will have some 1RM days coming soon. Will be shooting for 265 on shoulder press. Now pulling 145 on croc rows. I got 315 for 2 sets of 10 on squats and on my deadlifts I managed 315 for 11,6 and 3 consecutively. I will be starting a new log in the supplement section for powermax xt very soon. Hang inn with me, as the weight falls, the noodz will

Lol! I made that video as a joke for Black Liver. I made the DBs out of wood so they only weighed about 8-10 lbs each. Really exaggerated the movements and all to try to make it look real. I can't remember how many guys sent me PMs asking where they could get some Black Liver. Lmbo!
