They are pretty good, and if you are lucky you can find them on sale at Walmart. Easy way to get those extra calories and 30+ grams of protein doesn't hurt either.

They're so tasty, but a lot of them are mostly soy protein. I cycle them with cleaner bars because they're basically candy lol.

So I have decided I will be running 11kt and Epimax our epiandro product from Sparta nutrition for the last 4-6 weeks of my cycle as a finisher . Epi andro will be dosed at 500mgs a day for 4 weeks and 11 kt at 250mgs a day for 4 weeks . Will update This post with tonight's workout . Also updating OP with these dosages.
 
FINALLY A MEMBER OF THE 200lb GANG AGAIN!! Weight at 200.4lbs leg hypertophy today , took some mesomorph and sweat my nuts off. Feel like puking but in the best way possible . Strength is still going up , and like I said last week I've been focusing on squatting deep now .

Just go with the flow man , I'm just eating and lifting the scale change is a bonus but how I look and feel comes first . You're close behind just stay the course my friend.

Thanks man trust me I'm looking at it from every angle and being 10 times as patient as I'd normally be haha. Let me ask you something thou, did you get bloated at all the first week? It could be the dmz/lgd or the fact that I've been chugging water to try and quench this undying thirst haha, but just asking incase it is the test.
 
What I would do ( which I am doing) is get mid cycle bloods and look at things like estrogen and shbg etc just to get a understanding of where you are and what you need to do . Got a lab right by my house just gotta put an order in for it go over and boom done

Luuucky. But I agree with labs. Also good to have them done post cycle. Mine is in 10 days, 1 week post pct for me.

This couldn't be more true for cycles in general. Just go with the flow. I'm running a cycle right now. I wanted to bulk, but somehow my strength is skyrocketing but my weight on the scale is dropping. I'm eating a surplus and 6 times a day. Everyone who sees me says I look bigger every time they see me and I'm happy with my change in composition and under the bar. So I was like, hell, go with the flow. Apparently I was carrying more fat than I thought. Downside of being skinnyfat.

It emphasizes, however, to go with the flow.
 
Honestly I don't know if my strength will stop increasing , lifts have been going up allot . Will show how much they have increased at the end of cycle but for those of you who have follows me religiously you can just compare my numbers below with my first numbers in this log . Thinking I'll be hitting 225 5x5 very soon

You got this buddy! Sometimes we just het mentally exhausted and don't feel like doing much. Take sometime to relax and chill bro, go do something you dont normally do. Going to a movie or ride go carts helps me man.

Observation. I used to have my ears gauged to a size zero , I have also stretched my ears three different times in my life all up to the same size . Whenever I would take out my gauges to let me ears close up they never could fully close back up due to the scarification I cause from stretching my lobes . The size of the hole they settled at was about an 18 gauge. Well I've noticed since taking mk-677 that the holes in my ears have become noticeably smaller , to the point I can wear normal earrings now . Proof to me that mk-677 increase cell replication via growth hormone .

Interesting to hear. I have an old lip piercing that has never quite healed closed and even after mk no luck
 
After a much needed weekend break I'm back at it. Leaving work headed to the gym to do back and shoulders . Decided I'm gonna hop on Epi andro now at 500mgs for the last 7 weeks aswell as the super 11 @ 1 pump . Will increase the dosage last couple of weeks.

Don't waste your time with 1 pump. That's way too low to see any results especially with the other stuff you're running.

I wouldn't even bother with the 11 at all with the other stuff. It's weaker by far and will be totally overshadowed. Save it for a light cycle or solo

Will save for next cycle , good call dan. Was thinking of creasing dosage and adding in Spartan lean but might aswell just do lean and super 11 next

Worked out by myself tonight and was able to get a killer pump . I also decided to take 3 Epi andro preworkout and the nervous stimulation and pump almost made me puke haha weight was super light today even when increasing lifts 5lbs . I can tell our Epimax is gonna work nice in this cycle .

Pump was great just like it has been . Been eating a good amount and this epiandro seems to be boosting my mood. Weight is still going up on lifts . All the women at work have been hit on me , one older lady told me I had the body of a 30 year old today haha and some coworkers have been asking me for gym advice .
