Joedizzle versus the Darkside

Lord have mercy today's workout had my delts burninggggg , ready to explode . All lifts I was able to increase atleast 5lbs except for bench which I was finally able to complete 4 sets of 5 will be moving up next week . Volvo140G I can tell the alpha is working forsure , 30lb dumbell a felt extremely light in my hands and I'm getting a really strong pump , vascularity is up as well . Noticing past couple of days my forearms seem a bit fuller aswell as biceps . Keep updated for lower power tomorrow !

So no workouts tonight . Since moving into my new place I don't have cable and I just found out earlier today there was going to be a tropical storm coming this afternoon , well of course my gym is lame and decided to close cause of the weather so looks like a morning session it is
 
Week 3: day 15

Back and calves have a pump like no other . Really pushed through sumo DL's last two were hard as F*** to get up but I did it. Strength is climbing , weighed in at 194lbs , both leg presses were packed all workout so had to work around that .

Back from Labor Day weekend! Did back and shoulders today and I can't lift my arms , my front delts feel like I injected saline in them they are so full. Alpha 1 is deff improving strength everytime I'm in the gym . Traps and arms are looking bigger . So far so good , looking forward to the upcoming weeks of progress .

Also I have decided I will start a vacuum program along side ab workouts 3x a week. Gonna see if I can strengthen my core some more . Loving the cycle so far and i still have plenty of ways to go .

Holding a little but not an uncomfortable amount , no estro sides but holding some water . Increased AI to every other day . Strength was way up this time in the gym . Took 5mgs of tada preworkout and the pump is freaking out of this world .Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Thanks everyone ! I'm noticing the gainz and have no complaints . Tomorrow will post some updated leg photos after my workout . Getting allot of comments from the ladies about having a bigger ass which I can't complain about

Sorry for not posting past couple days . I've finally started my new job so things will start being more consistent . Did upper power today and holy hell , test is deff in effect now. Weight is still a steady 197 , been practicing my vacuums and will get a nice leg pic for everyone following after tomorrow's session . Thinking of extending the cycle to 14 weeks and adding in a finisher , currently have some 11 oxo , will probably pick up winny as well. Will finalize dosages and update OP later and will notify everyone . In addition I have some new veins appearing in biceps , triceps and shoulders seem to be getting bigger aswell.

Day 29 on test, only one day left on alpha 1. Today I had a little pup that spread to my left hip joint , nothing to crazy but was discomforting to lift . Ended up doing sumos then squats and I had back pumps from hell luckily I have some taurine that should be in my mailbox shortly. After the second set of squats one of my friends who decided to work out with me today was squatting super deep and it reminded me of what dma was discussing in his thread and I decided it was time to start over and start doing **** deep and not being a ***** regardless of the hurt hip. Dropped the weight back to my weight from last week for the last two sets and it was all worth it . My friend helped push me on squats and that extra motivation definitely helped . Liking the phat allot burn , it's nice to be able to see progress and be able to train strength and hypertrophy in the same routine. I'm deff going to be running some 11-oxo last 4 weeks but may add something else like winstrol . I also have some t2

Haha well the thing about winny is it will help with shbg to my understanding aka more free test = more gains . I will decide sooner or later so keep updated

I'm thinking about stacking it with epidrone last 6 weeks of my cycle definitely don't think it would hurt
 
Chest and arms today , body composition seems to be changing each week , haven't been eating as much as I should have past couple of days due to work and not prepping myself a lunch for work . Still sitting at 197 but strength is still climbing , every week I'm getting stronger and stronger . Still have my eye on the prize and won't stop till I get there . Till tomorrow .
