Day 29 on test, only one day left on alpha 1. Today I had a little pup that spread to my left hip joint , nothing to crazy but was discomforting to lift . Ended up doing sumos then squats and I had back pumps from hell luckily I have some taurine that should be in my mailbox shortly. After the second set of squats one of my friends who decided to work out with me today was squatting super deep and it reminded me of what dma was discussing in his thread and I decided it was time to start over and start doing **** deep and not being a ***** regardless of the hurt hip. Dropped the weight back to my weight from last week for the last two sets and it was all worth it . My friend helped push me on squats and that extra motivation definitely helped . Legs are getting bigger . Trying to get those monster quads ya feel me.

How are you liking the PHAT training? Are you going to run anything else on this cycle?Back and shoulders hypertrophy today . Delts are so pumped i wanna cry on the inside . Strength is still going up . Done with the alpha 1, deff saw a strength increase but spikes with BP and mental fog made it not so enjoyable for an oral. For a kicker I will try D Bol next time.

Haha well the thing about winny is it will help with shbg to my understanding aka more free test = more gains . I will decide sooner or later so keep updated
