Day 39.-My right hip/lower back was hurting something fierce today so I skipped leg day. Went to the gym and walked for 10 minutes and felt great so I started doing HIIT for 2 miles about 25 minutes. Then did stair sprints for 20 minutes alternating between 500 m sprints on the row station. After leaving the gym it was a beautiful cool evening and I still wasn't tired so I stopped T the track and busted out an 8 1/2 minute mile. Not bad for me especially after the HIIT stuff. I am not a natural runner. Lol. I was sucking wind hard after that. I walked it off and went home. 5 hours later the back side of my right hip is throbbing again. Not sure what's up with it. Went to the chiropractor for an adjustment last Friday and the doc said everything was in great shape. Oh well, shouldn't affect chest day tomorrow. Hopefully it passes quickly. It may just be from the cardio as I have not run regularly in many years. Certainly not at all since my ACL rupture 3 years ago.
Is the pain close to your ass?

Might Google Piriformis muscle pain. My daughter had this
problem when she started track after lifting all winter. She just iced it and did stretching and a few exercises for it. She would heat it and then stretch it. Never did go away because she had to keep running on it. Now that she is almost done with softball it does still flare up on her every once in a while but much better.

Does it also hurt you at front side, close to adductor? Could also be FAI

Lacrosse Ball + Quadratus lumborum. I showed him the picture you posted of where you feel the pain. If you have more follow up questions, or even more info, just let me know and I can bounce ideas off of him.

I have some CBD oil on the way that I'm thinking about bottling. You guys interested?

Can make it oral drops as well as beefing up the Injure-Eeze formula (topical spray).
If it will help me with FAI, count me in

I've just applied SN and getting ready for morning workout, btw here is 05:00.

That's freaking awesome! I've enjoyed CBD oil, some times in the winter my knees get really sore and that has helped a ton! Also have a buddy with a jacked up lower back and he swears by it.

Haven't updated for a few days. Been busy making home improvements while on vacation. Still been killing it in the gym. Overall, feeling healthy and lean! Will wrap up soon.

Is it going to be legit CBD or the synthetic one? Oral CBD can have a ton of health benefits solo or with any other stuff you would add.

Update: 46 days of Supernova. 32 were solo. Past 2 weeks stacked with Brite and a stimmed fatburner. If you've followed along then you already know I had great results and enjoyed this run immensely. I've been on vacation and busy working at home so I slacked on the daily updates this past week. I still have 1/2 bottle of the 2nd v. SN left but I'm going to conclude this log with a full summary review and final set of pics tomorrow if time allows. Love this stuff!

Day 47
IMG_3467.JPG

More final pics are in post #2. I'm pleased with the visual results although the final pics aren't as dramatic as what I see. This is relaxed pose. I am holding some water on the abs still. I no longer apply SN anywhere but navel to upper abs. Big changes in the obliques and serratus areas I think. I don't see much change in the love handles from the back view but it wasn't that bad of a problem area. For whatever reason the pics in post 2 are showing up different than the others. Not sure exactly why.

I saw your starting pics. I think you already are:).
Thanks!!

But you're much leaner J...
It's weird but I can look ok flexed but have much more than you in the obliques, lower abs and under chest.

But the refeeds and the ice creams are fighting really hard...

Thats what keeps us sane though haha

Geart work Jebrook definite progress and good results considering that you werent terribly strict or anyhting throughout. Shows results in more of a "realistic" situtaion vs a hard cut wehre someone is 100% strict

Thanks booneman77. I definitely am impressed that it worked so well without a strict calorie deficit. I am terrible at adhering to strict diets for very long.

Supernova Beta Tester Final Review

First I wanna say thank you again to dsade for the opportunity to log this beta test version of Evomuse Supernova.

Overview of the Log: I ran 2 different versions during this run. The first was the OG formula without added diuretics to combat water retention. After 3 weeks I switched to the upgraded version. I ran these versions of SN solo for 30 some odd days before adding in Brite and a fatburner. I did not follow a strict diet plan. I simply tried to keep my daily calorie intake around maintenance or slightly lower and eat clean foods. I did that pretty consistently with only a handful of exceptions.

Review:

Consistency/Ease of application
5/5 for v1-just like Eviscerate
3/5 for v2-Mine had problems with solidifying and had to be warmed daily to achieve proper consistency. It sounds as if the final retail version may have corrected this issue and most of the other testers didn't have the same issue though a couple did.

Effects/Efficacy:
5/5-Hands down this delivered results! I achieved very pleasing visual results in 47 days with minimal dietary changes. In fact, I rarely ate below maintenance levels yet got leaner:):):). I dropped about 5-6 lbs solo. After adding the diuretic version, Brite, and a farburner I dropped another 10lbs. Final weigh-in was 207 lbs. Final BMI is yet to be determined but will be updated soon.

Value:
5/5
I spent about 35 bucks for a bottle full to the top and loaded with actives. The 2nd bottle (provided by Dsade) was the same as well. It's been 47 days and I still have 1/4 of the OG bottle and 1/2 the v2 bottle. I have been applying quite liberally twice daily to many areas but mainly abs/obliques. The retail version is roughly 15 dollars more I believe but still well worth it IMO for an effective transdermal product with 30 days or more of applications.

Overall:
5/5
A few cons as I was using beta versions, but I'm blown away by the results and also it seems the retail version may have corrected the few negatives I encountered.

Final thoughts: I noticed very good localized fat reduction in my problem areas with clean eating and minimal calorie restriction. I think this supplement is versatile enough for a wide range of body types. I can't wait to run it again with the retail version. Big thank you to all those who followed along and provided much needed input and motivation. Cheers!

* I've got nothing against tattoos, but seriously, with a physique like yours, why would you want to cover it up with tats?

* Do you only apply SN to core because you didn't notice an improvement by applying to other areas?
