Very extremely jealous of them weighted pull ups - I just barely recently started to be able to knock out sets of 5s regular pu without cheating. My DREAM is to add a 45!

I unconsciously did it that way, eating more after a workout and restricting on off days, not 20/20, it was more like 30/30.HGP, since you moved to a recomp situation you might try it with a 20/20 split, training days eat in a 20% surplus and rest days 20% deficit. It works out really well when you are lifting 3-4 times a week. You get the extra calories on the days you lift to drive anabolism and less on rest days to increase lypolosis. When I did this I mainly adjusted my carbs up on lift days and down on rest days or as I called them Build and Burn Days. It is an EXCELLENT way to recomp and the higher carbs on training days allows for some more interesting food choices.
