I'm looking for one with black pepper as well for absorption. Mst looks interesting for sure .
 
What is the best or I should say most comprehensive one.
 
I must get placebo then because I take enzymedica digest spectrum and it works wonders and I have some pretty bad food intolerances
 
Check Swanson, and then just waot for them to do one of their 20% off sales. They do one just aboit every few weeks.

Gains from an enzyme supp?
 
For an enzyme supplement to have any sort of chance of therapeutic efficacy it would need to A) pass through the stomach intact-to the small intestine; the main catalytic site. The stomach acid (pH 2-4) would undoubtedly hydrolyze the specific peptide conformation so this is necessary B) Disperse adequately in chyme to allow appreciable, well distributed concentration on gastric emptying.

I think you'll have a hard time finding any OTC supplement that will have either.

**Side note: one of the labels above has an antimicrobial listed literally straight after a bacteria- the latter would be inert before a capsule has even been swallowed!
