She definitely has skills. I'm just not staying up any longer. 5 a.m. is going to be here way too soon.

Damn that's impressive. Now stop teasing me with you in bed and go get some sleep
You want a pic of that too?
Hmmm. Ok, stupid question. Trying to cut, how much sugar should I allow as "acceptable" for a day.
At DV of 2,000 calories, 40g of sugar is the average for an adult male. Granted that's the DV that no one ever follows. So with you around 1600 daily, I'd say you'd be safe with 30-32g. lifted67 do you concure?
Well I had a total of 17 toda.... wait, its 0021 in the morning, A NEW DAY!!!!!! I MIGHT CAN HAVE ONE

Now the question is, does the remaining amount from yesterday roll over into today?
Edit: I may be a bad influence...
The 24 of sugar would be about 96 calories.

Edit: By the way, a CAN of Coke has 39g to put it in perspective.
I was so close, and then you killed it for me. But im glad Im not the only one that doesnt sleep
Thats tolerable. Almost looks like a heck of an occasional pre workout meal
I saw somewhere that average is like 150g for men and 100g for women.
According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day are (7): Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons). Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons).

Well at least you're not posting pics of cakes. Sorry....... again FT. :spank:
Hey it could be sugar free, low calorie and fat free!

Might as well make it out of cardboard at that point.

GO TO BEDSeems like a lot of sugar... oh look at the average American, nevermind. I know soft drinks are terrible, Ive switched to either La Croix or dasani sparkling water(no homo?) I drink them because I have an addiction to soda. The carbonation in them suppresses my craving for the soda, and they are sugar free and no artificial sweeteners in them. Various fruit flavors.

But yeah the average American consumes a fcckton.
Sorry Brandinooooo that was intended for lukehayd and his cake pics!
GO TO BED

Good morning @$$h01es lol
So in regards to delicious baked goods, I was training/diet coaching a professional baker for awhile and I got her to make this cake for my wife's birthday last year. *We love the dogs way more than the teenager.

As for coaching shirts, CT is okey, but I want this one!
