Ok guys, Im back. Just got done logging Halodrol and now Im moving on. I enjoyed the Halodrol, and feel like I got some nice gainz from that, topped with the HST program lifted67 gave me. Brutal. Lifts are going up, but it's seriously time to get rid of some fat. So, starting tomorrow, I will be dropping BPS Epidrone for 6-8 weeks and have ridiculously high goals for it as well as myself. With lifteds program I deadlifted 315x20 today, and tomorrow will be "trying"the same with squats, of course with a couple short breaks. On top of the Epidrone, Ive also started TRT, and only 3 shots in, so it hasnt kicked in yet. The reason for that was due to my natural test levels being 242, and my Dr. decided it was best for me. With that, Im not expecting gains from it, but hoping to feel better, have more mojo, and just overall rejuvenated. So Ill leave you with a before and after from the Halodrol run. I think the shoulders are starting to pop. Top picture is less than a month ago.

So today started my Epidrone run and Im stoked about it. Im going to dose 1am, 2 PWO and 1 in PM. No workout today other than an hour of racquetball. Working EMS tonight, and hoping it stays quiet flr once. I also just found out Ive won a logging opportunity with Performax Powermax, and excited to add that as well. Adding a quick picture, simply because its an XL shirt and Im stressing the sleeves. Great feeling

Im with you. If I can find it, I have a picture of me around 255lbs. I was in my early 20s and looked older than I do now at 38. Ill post it if I find it. But youre doing good and we are going to get there together. I told lifted67 earlier today I went to walmart to get food to prep, and an older (60s) so not old man with a USMC hat was walking out. He looked at me and said "damn, working out much?" I cant tell you how much that meant to and boosted me.

You gotta talk to lifted67 on that. I really couldn't believe how quick my lift weights went up with higher reps in 2.5 weeks, and now that Ive added the Epidrone, Im stoked. Ask the man, I think he takes a lot of pride in giving people swolliosis!!!I want this shirt!!
