I'm debating sending another bottle out to the testers, but I really need to make this month balance out with the BRITE softgel expense, and the LOW to non-existent stock of a bunch of products.

Seems like the results are justifying it, though. Anyone currently running a log that wants to keep going, hit me up.

Really?? I would love to keep this train rolling! My goal now is to get down to 205 and think I can do it with another 30 days. Quite generous and I'll keep the log rolling obvs

Actually, I have no idea. I have a back office NOTES section, but they were supposed to be adding one to the checkout page as well.

The new version has both Caffeine and Rosehips as the diuretic to counter the YCHl induced water retention.

I wouldn't shower for about 2 hours after, if possible. ABsorption time is pretty much impossible to quantify, but the new hybrid carrier seems to absorb exceptionally well and rapidly.

That is no joke, cardio is insane after SN. So much sweat. It's pretty awesome how you can feel more sweat where you apply it, I'm a month in and still feel it working everyday

Gonna measure body fat levels with professional caliper in 14 spots tomorrow night...

Count me in for a second bottle... Since it takes like 2 weeks at least to get to me...

ive been ghost following your log.....how do you think this will do with ec stack, dcp, and supernova? ec stack and dcp has finally got the scale moving for me in the right direction but I need another boost because its starting to stall a bit the last two weeks.

Never taken DCP so I cant vouch for that but, I do have experience with EC(Y). I think it would be f@cking awesome. If you cant lose weight/lean out on that stack you've got issues.

I just want to say.. applied SN tonight first application and have to say.. in sheer terms of "feel," SN is my new absolute favorite. I can't say as to results as it's my first application, but I'd rank or the ones I've tried on "feel" alone..

5. Eviscerate

.. I only opened the trial 2 oz but it's thick, even after shaking a TON. Nonetheless, didn't use much but was able to cover nip to ASIS and around back with very little and seem to feel it and slight skin redness similar to AbAb so I'm assuming I used enough. This is the one Matt said more is unnecessary due to high amount of actives?

Anyway, just want to commend Matt on always innovating - I'll update in 4 weeks. And there's plenty of logs going.

New IDRT is nice - will be buying for some relatives soon.

And thanks for the U.P. 2.0 lemon cream pie recommendation Matt, absolutely delicious.

I have to go through all the logs again to see what works best. If it's 2x a day, are people applying before going to work, then again preworkout for evening workouts?

How long to apply before putting shirt on?

Definitely 2x a day. I've been applying pre workout to the muscle group I workout and again at night before bed. It takes roughly 20 minutes to dry for me. I'm sure others feel differently and it depends on how much you apply at once.
 
I'm a morning workout so I apply first dose right after waking up, pretty much put a shirt on in 5 minutes with no problems. Put on second dose usually right when I get home or sometime early evening

Same here. Once preworkout, once after showering. Only seems to take about 5 min to dry for me though
 
I personally don't like to keep it on during school. I get sweaty easily so I apply preworkout in the morning and then in the evening after classes.

sweating today was retarded. Put together a nightstand and wound up with my shirt weighing 5 lbs and dripping.
