Cut Day 7

Yesterday was hard to keep the diet, totaling at 1200 kcal mainly from boiled eggs and veggies.

Today my peptides arrived!

The cut will now start officially with this setup:

1-10 Test-E 500mg (250mg 2x week) IM
1-10 Ostarine 25mg/day
1-6 Fragment 176-191 / 2 x 250mcg per day (one pre workout/cardio / one before bed) SC
1-10 MK-677 (upping to 30mg/day)
1-10 50mg TD Trest pre- workout
1-6 DMAA + Ephedra
4-10 Anavar 30-50mg/day
1-10 exemestane/adex (when necessary EOD)
Support:

week 1-6 very low calories, mainly protein 850-1100kcal/day
week 6+ upping cals slowly, starting recomp, modifying cycle

Never done any of the stuff you have listed. I do read up on it my bodies think I'm weird cause I tell them how to cycle when I don't touch it.

The energy actually comes and goes. You will keep it up. Some days with be foggy and unmotivated days, but I would bet most workouts are going to hold up. You have a strong work ethic.

As for weight loss try to look at nudes of Hilary Clinton (I hear terrorists keep them handy for when they get tired of ****ing goats and need some variety) after each meal and you'll vomit those calories right back up like a champion. Down 30 pounds in no time.

Did you see what I did for cardio last night? I'm more at risk of looking like that photo than you. haha. Now that I've added cardio in, it's as good as over.

Went fasted to the gym this morning, later ate 4-5 meat balls (4inch diameter) and some green salad....AND 2 huge cups of red wine (almost a bottle) .
Well...fugg it!
I guess 1000-1200kcal today.

The 1 inch diameter meatballs I buy have 45 calories! And only 3.1 protein.

What were you thinking???

If your meatballs are similar to the ones I buy, 5 of them gives you about 250 calories. If your salad was all veggies and you didn't go crazy with dressing, we won't worry about those calories.

Does 1 bottle of wine contain nearly 1000 calories? Or are you holding back on what you ate, today?

I ate 4 or 5 (but not 6) meatballs (J.Jacksons Nipple sized) , green salad and later about 25oz of red wine, that's all.
Did not do the math.

Don't tell me I can still eat 4-5 meat balls to reach 1000kcal ...(on my way to the fridge)

My guess with a total between 1000-1200Kcal was a bit low.... about 600-700 has a bottle.

Say no more, will drink the rest of the bottle, LOL
