The New Product Release Thread

lol that's amazing.

And it's spelled correctly in other places; just not in that one particular spot. Wow...

My thoughts exactly. Someone's gonna get in trouble

I sense clever marketing tactics..something very "next level" that we do not fully understand.

Or someone went back in time and made the spelling of "blueberry" different so that the front panel is the only one that is correctly spelled.

Just like the Berenstein Bears.

Intern at Quest is about to be fired over that.

That intern is probably a volunteer bikini competitor on a sub 1000 calorie diet of protein bars, Walden Farms, and zoodles.

Any of us could make such a mistake under those conditions.

lol'd when I got to zoodles.

I know it's a real word, but it still makes me giggle.

Great a Mandela effect guy lol

Good summary here. Rainbow Italian Ice would be my go-to flavor, I'm thinking it may resemble Rainbow Sherbet from iForce.

I think I'm going pink Lemonade first, Boardwalk Cotton Candy 2nd (those may be interchangeable) and rainbow Italian ice last

I had a "bluebery muffin" quest bar today and I must say I was impressed. It was bery delicious.

Flavors:
Iced Cinnamon Twist, Peanut Butter Crunch, Salted Caramel Peanut Crunch, and Ice Cream Cookie Crunch.

Today we can confirm that packed into each Pro Supps MyBar is 20g of protein, with 6g of sugar, and a total of 220 calories. Those numbers look to be consistent for all four flavors of the supplement, which if that is true we imagine the details we’re missing — carbohydrates and fat — also being the same or similar across all flavors.

Will definitely be trying MyBar. Those flavors have me intrigued. Hope the texture is good.

Same I will def need to try them and they do as Bob pointed out look similar to the Labrada cookie rolls and hopefully they taste as good! :)

Hope they add a S'mores or Marshmallow variant,
PS does a great toasted marshmallow whey.

I'll be trying too, great flavour lineup at launch.

Unique is best when the market is so damn full of bars

I didn't try the marshmallow someone told me it wasn't good :( did I miss out by not trying it!?

The glazed doughnut I enjoyed I thought it was very good tasted like doughy frosting to me was fantastic blended up with IQF fruits like blueberries making it taste like doughy-blueberry frosting all kinds of win! :)

I think its called Campfire Marshmallow, and it's just my own opinion but I quite enjoyed it.

I can see some finding it too sweet (but common, a marshmallow should be lol)

I also just grabbed a new Nutrakey whey to try, Salted Caramel PB Cup;

100% nailed this flavor. Taste exactly like eating cookie crisp cereal. As you can see there are small choc chips in the powder and “cookie crisp” like cookies as well. I have tried this two ways, blending the entire serving cookies and all into a shake, and separating out the powder and cookies from a serving, making the shake and the putting the cookies in the shake. Both were awesome. I would say this is NOT like other chocolate chip or cookie flavored proteins, the only way to describe the taste is eating cookie crisp the cereal. It blends into a nice thick consistency, and the base powder has a cookie flavor taste, just like the left over milk from a bowl of the cereal would taste.

Next on deck to try is Nutra Key Optima White Choc Macadamia nut…

Looks interesting. How would rank it vs their other flavors?

Okay I would say all of MSI's flavors (of the ones I have tried) are awesome and on point. They all blend thick, and have strong flavors that are unique but great.

Would rank as follows based on my own preferences (I have not tried all of their more "traditional" flavors)

1. Oatmeal Cookie - Title is Oatmeal Cookie, but it should be oatmeal cream pie because that is the exact taste. Cream flavor and all, def my favorite of their flavors.

2. Cookie Crisp - As described above, its like eating the cereal, flavor couldnt be more nailed.

3. Lean Charms - Lean Charms, again flavor nailed, taste exactly like Lucky Charms, has the marshmallow pieces and all, ranked 3rd and tied with Apple Jacked, only because the fruity cereal flavors are less of my thing, but that doesnt take away of how on point the flavor is. I would say this is the much better lucky charms flavored powder over the Performix Fruity Charms flavor which is supposed to be similiar. If thats the flavor you want, go with this one.

3. Apple Jacked - Same as above, this is exact spot on to eating Apple Jacks cereal, flavoring couldnt be more on point, again, just less into the fruit cereal flavors for my own liking

3. S'mores - This is the best and most accurate smores flavored protein I have tried of many brands. I have it tied again because I am not the hugest smores fan, but would recommend this flavor over any other brand for a smores flavor. This absolutely murdered Truetin Smores flavor. The protein has small marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker bits in a chocolate / marshmallow / graham flavored base powder. You get truly experience all three of the flavors strongly in this protein.

Don't know if I'm the only one here butmnlately I've been eatoing a lot of pure protein bars, the salted Carmel, Pb Carmel and smores are all amazing...and only .99 cents at wegmans. 190-200 cals 19-20 protein whey protein....OK and then chocolate coconutnis great too

Are they improved? I don't recall those first 2 flavors, but I ate a LOT of those bars in college (cost and macros), but they weren't enjoyable lol. Not downright terrible, but not something I looked forward to or considered a treat at all.

Yeah, they've changed a considerable amount.

Walmart had their 6pk for $7 then there's a $2 coupon on line
