I assume the hand sanitizer is a simple hydroalcoholic gel? Just don't go too nuts. The benzyl alcohol, along with the penetration enhancers we use, are what speeds up absorption through the dermal matrices and past the dermal vasculature before it has a chance to pick it up abd send it sytemic. Diluting it too much will send more actives into the blood stream instead of keeping it in the area applied.

For me, for some reason, the stuff just smears and is very goopy and this helps. My shirts still stick to my sides for at least an hour after, maybe even 2. But any input would be appreciated...

I don't get any of that at all. I rub it in for about a minute and by that time it's all absorbed. Maybe you are using too much?

Maybe, doing about a half dollar sized amount....but I ALWAYS use too much :)

Actually, DCP is the only fat burner I've ever used that I haven't tried to double dose, haha.
 
Yea, it's a bit goopy in my hand but wipes in great. This morning I put it on, then went and brushed my teeth and put on deodorant. Put my shirt on right after that and no sticking or staining at all. That was less than 5 mins
 
Had a crappy night of softball last night. I played well but we did not as a team, we got swept which hasn't happened in years! So a little bummed but got some good sweat going on as I applied SN before our games. Shirt was soaked, in an outline of my application, lol.
Today is an "off day" But applied SN to pecs and abs, went in and did some ab work and 20 mins on the elliptical doing intervals of medium resistance/incline to high resistance/incline.

About two weeks in so time for half way pics! So weighed in this morning and actually back at 216 which was my start weight. But I'm definitely leaner, and have lost 0 strength/endurance so I don't really care about the weight. Bottom of stomach is definitely reduced, I'm on the verge of needing a new hole in my belt, lol. Veins are more pronounced even with no upper body work and just feel much tighter. Went in this morning after applying to chest and abs, had a short leg workout and ran a mile, at too quick a pace, lol. I ended up having to walk a lap (8 = mile) and still finished in 9:20 for the mile. Freaking drenched in sweat after that.

Had a good workout this morning! Applied SN to chest and abs and hit the gym at 6am. Did only ten mins on bike for cardio today but will be doing abs and cardio again tomorrow. Last night I applied my dose before running camera at a volleyball game. No air conditioning +supernova = crazy sweating!! Thankfully I was wearing a dark shirt lol.
Incline bench/ standing row superset 3x10
Flat bench/pull-up superset 3x10
Skull crusher/bob curl superset 3x8
Rope tricep/hammer curl superset 3x8
Finished with 21's with cable curl and tricep press down
 
Visual results are definitely impressive.
 
Got a good ab workout and run in today! Applied SN to chest and abs before heading out. Did abs for about fifteen mins then headed out for an outdoor run. There were some hills that kicked my ass but still hit a 9:15 mile. Total run was 1.5 miles. It's beautiful out here today, was 65 degrees for my run but still got a crazy sweat going.
 
If you're going to be compared to a bald actor, Jason is probably the best you can hope for -- unless you think you deserve to be compared to The Rock!
 
So had a rest day yesterday, still applied SN to chest and abs twice. Did get in a two mile walk with the kiddo and wife so not a total off day. Had a good Saturday, watching my college team (hawkeyes) whoop up on our in state rival, and my fantasy team has the highest point total this week with 135. Applied SN after shower this morning and hit the gym two hours later. Did legs and some HIIT on the treadmill and man, I was sweating for a half hour after the HIIT, very nice.
 
Alright, softball Tuesday! Excited for tonight, we need to make up for how crappy we played last week. Anyways, went into the gym this morning at 6am after applying SN to chest and abs at 545. Had a good upper body workout, and finished with some bike work as I'll be getting a good chunk of cardio in tonight at the games. Had a really good sweat going as I worked in a superset and a giant set. On a side note, got an apple watch over the weekend and am really digging it for the fitness aspect alone, everything else is a bonus.

Sorry for lack of updates but I've been essentially bed ridden past few days! I've been applying SN twice a day anyways and let's just say with a fever you can really get a sweat going! Have taken past few days off from gym but will be back at it tomorrow if this trend of feeling better continues. Either way, here's my three week pic.

Finally back somewhat to the land of the living! Still taking it easy but went in to the gym after applying SN to chest and abs. Just did a quick arm workout and 20 mins on the elliptical to ease back into it. Weight down to 214 today, wasn't eating much when sick but still felt kinda bloated as you can see in pics from the amount of Gatorade and water I was drinking while sitting around. Next week is last week and will be hitting it hard!
 
Still a touch sick but sweat that sh*t out today over lunch! Hit up a good leg workout then ran a mile in 8.30 on the treadmill. I was sweating for 30 minutes after that, felt really good to sweat. Applied SN to chest and abs upon waking after a shower, and will apply second dose tonight. It feels like I'm nearly out, maybe even before friday which would be 4 weeks I believe. Weighed 213 today which was actually after breakfast and a good deal of water so that's awesome! Will continue updating til it's gone and post up final thoughts and pics when done. Cliffs notes version, Supernova is freaking awesome.

Down to 212! So approaching the end of the log down 4 lbs, so much more lean I had to switch the notch in my belt. SN is the freaking real deal.
Anyways, Had some good softball action last night, swept the two games and played well. They were wearing me out at short stop but I made a bunch of plays so feeling really good about that as well. Just went in for some abs and cardio today after applying SN to chest and abs. Did alternating full incline walk with brisk walk every other minute for 20 mins, had a hell of a sweat going.
 
Looking like we're gonna make this a two month log as it appears will be getting another bottle! Couldn't be more stoked, hoping to get down to 205 now by the end.

Lol. I feel much tighter than when I started, Definitely not loose or soft. And with my waist line slimming up it's like the fat is just going bye bye

I would think it depends on where you're starting. In my case, at a high BF, I'm finding my gut and love handles get a much softer feel before they actually measure smaller.

When it was tight, I assumed the fat was packed in like sardines. When it started getting soft, I just figured there was less fat in the same space.
 
Today was a scheduled leg day but listening to my body and skipping the second day of legs this week! Doesn't mean I'm not putting in work though. Applied SN to chest and abs after showering this morning and hit up the gym for a nice run. Did a little over 1.5 miles at a 9 minute mile pace on the track, and brisk walked the last half mile to keep the sweat going. And sweat I did! I'm still pretty stuffed up so was breathing out of my mouth the whole time, so pretty happy with my pace. Tomorrow morning is upper body and some more cardio! Will have the one month nudes tomorrow as well.
 
So one month in! Down to 211 this morning so that's 5 lbs in a month! Have also gone down a pant size judging by my belt needing to be tightened a lot more and lost 0 strength. A huge win for me! This has been an awesome first month and I believe I have another bottle on the way to continue rocking. This stuff is the real deal and I don't think the effects have slowed at all. Will post a side by side from week 1 til today here soon. And a bonus bicep pic, lol. Should have done a tri one too as they're much more defined

This comparison really doesn't do the chest justice, I'm terrible at these, and if I wasn't holding the camera it's much more noticeable how much tighter they're getting as well. Think you can really notice the bottom waistline slimming down.

Your serratus to me is the area with the most telling improvement. Yours abs and I see some increased vascularity in your relaxed arm
 
Alright, the drive to 205 continues today! had a busy weekend with my daughters 3rd birthday but still managed a 15 mile bike ride on saturday and some good hiking yesterday, no gym. I did apply SN twice both days and even though it's cooling off here, noticed some great sweating when riding and mowing. I've still been a bit under the weather, since I was sick so going in to the doc today, think it's a sinus infection so hoping for some antibiotics and get rid of this thing!! I'm not letting it slow me down though, hit the gym this morning and weighed in at 212, which seems like a little bloat from the festivities, but thtat will be gone in no time. Starting out a newish workout program today to hit full body weights three days a week, and incorporate more cardio. 205 here I come! Looks like new bottle of SN gets here today, and just in time, think I have about one dose left!

Got my second bottle in yesterday, just in time! Applied first dose this morning from new bottle, much more liquidy that the end of my first bottle, went on very smooth!! Cardio shortly!
 
nicksox15 - just want to say that I am watching and see you putting in the work. You are doing a really great job. Those photos show a HUGE change too. I think, psychologically, we don't view photos of ourselves very well. I feel the same way about myself. My photos don't show the REAL change. I can see your waist and gut are smaller, your sides are more defined, your abs are coming out more, your arms are becoming leaner. I think too, at first you start losing fat and you feel like you don't look different because everything is getting smaller in the same proportions, but then when the muscle comes out, the illusion changes and you actually look bigger and those last 10 pounds make a huge difference.
 
Thanks for the kind words hit! Excited to see where I'll be at the end of this second bottle! Today was abs and cardio. Applied SN at 7am and hit the gym up at 1030 am. Did 15 mins of abs, got a really good sweat going that I could really feel on my abs, was cool. Finished off with some HIIT. One minute fast walk, one minute run at 8.5 speed. Did that for 8 rounds. Had a great sweat going, and will be applying second dose today before softball. It's the last regular season game, and if we sweep we win the championship, so I'm pretty pumped for this one!
 
Softball didn't go well last night, this is our worst season in as long as I've been playing. Just sloppy all around, although I played well, and got a nice sweat going on a cool fall night. Applied SN before so that helped keep me warm. THe new bottle is going on really well, more liquidy than the end of my last bottle. Today applied SN at 7am and hit the gym up at 1030 for a good full body session. Will weigh myself again on Friday but feeling really lean and lighter on my feet.

Another day, more sweat. Applied SN last night and this morning as usual. I'm noticing this batch is less icy hot feeling, but still a bit there. Went in for some hiit cardio. Did 1 minute walk, 1 minute at a 7:15 mile pace for 8 rounds. Was feeling great and just kept the last round going for 3:30 at that pace to finish off strong. So essentially 2 extra rounds, just all at the fast speed. Long day today, work all day then working a football game tonight. But tomorrow is a half day then Chevelle concert!!
