DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

Good deal, probably want to up your dose of TUDCA, or Liv52 to bring your liver values down a little. They arent too bad but still high considering you are not running any methylated products.

I'm not using TUDCA or anything right now.

Yeah I actually think it's because I took a few Percocets last week. Wife is having surgery on her knee, so I partook in a few of her pain meds

Ithink the reason u feeling dog tired is MK It's awesome but lethargy is real on it.
i gave up my last bottle of gharine cos of lethargy

Without a doubt. Gonna push through. Seems like for many people it passes after a while. Hoping I'm one of those. Man feel so good in the mornings though after the deep sleep.

For those not following my CJC/MK log, let me just say this combo is treating me great. Sleep has finally stabilized as being awesome every night. Recovery is great. Strength is climbing. Pumps and fullness are insane. And just now starting to notice some fat loss. This is about to get good.

Man I ran gharine for almost 10 months ED. Went from 10mg to 20mg for awhile then back to 10mg. I felt lethargic for the first 2 weeks or so from changing the dose. I wish I had gotten bloods done every so often to see my levels..

Man the Chest & Arms HT is the stupidest pump combo ever. Forgot to log workout yesterday, but it was great!! Felt awesome, looked huge...

Really like mixing in some deficit deadlifts. Was using a bit of momentum to pull reps of moderately heavy weight. Less concerned with form, as I would be for regular deads.

Here's a set with 325lbs.

Looks good but that is a pretty big deficit. Looks like almost 3 inches. Might carry over a little better if you do them on 1-2 inch deficit. Like standing on a plate or something.

That's actually 2 boards, I can cut it in half.

Sweet, I think you will find that with one board it will resemble a deadlift more but still make you work a lot harder to get out of the hole.

Man, not quite feeling myself lately. Hoping it's just a lull and I'll snap out of it any day. Training has been meh, with ZERO desire to do any cardio. Nice work and yes you can get a little lethargic on the DAC and MK. You have anything to check your blood sugar, make sure nothing is out of whack there. Could be soaking up a lot of those carbs into the muscle and ending up with a little bit lower blood sugar too.

No I don't. Just added GW this morning to hopefully increase insulin sensitivity as it can decrease with the peptides.

I may need to go read whatever you read on that. I have never seen anything saying that peptides would decrease insulin sensitivity. They increase IGF-1 levels pretty well and IGF-1 is HUGE for shuttling nutrients into the muscle. Of course that is not insulin but Insulin-like Growth Factor. Then again just because nutrient partitioning should be on the uptick doesn't mean it is related to actual insulin sensitivity I guess.

Can you provide a link to where you got that info? I want to read into it a bit.

I just spoke to coach and he echoed that MK can cause insulin sensitivity issues for some people. I asked if he can help me locate some research so I can read up on the mechanism behind that. I love learning new stuff!!!!! Hit me up with anything you find if you find something. I am going to look myself as well.

WOOHOO Research Time!

I can always send you some of my homework if you're needing more research to do.. Lol

Ain't Skeered! Then again I won't be getting graded. Bring it on! :)

Just a quick mention in this pubmed study

And I feel like I'm probably naturally on the low side of insulin sensitivity.

Thanks I am reading one now and it is pretty fascinating. Yeah that probably makes me a bit of a nerd but that's okay too!

Well MrKleen73 and booneman77 inspired me to try BFR on legs again today. Didn't feel right the 1st time trying, but just felt it out until I found what felt like the proper location and tension for quads, hams and then calves. 10 sets of leg ext, ham curls and calf presses had me limping. Tried to do some other stuff afterward and my legs were quivering!!

I think I did it right!!

It's crazy. My legs never get like that before. And the ache lasted days. Really unique

I did it yesterday too on leg extensions, never saw better definition in quads. I. Almost wanted to post the obligatory shorts pulled high leg shot... Lol

Do it! I couldn't believe mine either

I'll show mine if you show yours hahaha... It's the least manly muscle pic a man can take so I need a partner in crime lmao

Or maybe I'm just gay.
I envy the guys with sick wheels like that too but still it's an awkward photo whether it's pants down or shorts legs pulled up to look like briefs lol

Layne Norton has one

is there any good tutorials on how to do BFR?

Lots of them. I think Daniel has the one that my coach shared out a while back. It is definitely effective. Also a ton of youtube vids on how to do it.

Kind of abandoning this log for a bit. I'll be back!! For anyone interested in this though come get in here:
