Long time reader, first time posting. It's funny how I was reading about this product on strongsupplementshop and it really caught my attention. Wanted to see feedback/reviews and I come across this.

I get it that I don't meet the criteria for logging 100+ posts. However, if there is slight consideration, then keep reading. If not, my apologies for taking up space in your thread.

Cutting. Need to get body fat down as this past year has been busy with taking care of a new member of the family. Would want to decrease my body fat to single digit percentages while at the very least maintaining muscle mass.

3.)What was your last cycle?
Ostra-shred in June 2015

4.) What hard rock supplements you have tried?
Ostra-shred

5.)Why you want to try R-Andro shred?
Just as the name implies, I want to get shredded. Never used PHs and I believe I'm at a good age.

6.)Any past logs you have done on AM?
Hopefully this will be my first opportunity to log. Willing to do what is necessary and to be as detailed ad possible.

Highly interested in R-andro, I have been searching for a single compound to run a recomp. The LGD im on is doing a great job of bulking me up, but Im ready to get cut up while keeping the same size.

I would be cutting, I need to loose about 5lbs of body fat and am having a hard time shedding it !!

Have only used Natty Products the last few years - Follidrone was the last one.

Would like something to assist this cut. Not currently using any supplements. Been eyeballing this one for a while so I was also wondering if I could double dose for 1 month if I would be willing to buy 2 more bottles and keep the cycle going?

35, 200lbs, 5'11"

I'd like to cut/trim, and significantly throughout the torso. I'm at about 14-15% body fat and would like to get down to 10-11% but still able to reach my current PRR or better for deads, bench, squat & OH press. I've cut naturally to those numbers, but was significantly weaker and less muscle.

I'm in week 2 of PCT right now. I just finished 7 weeks of Spartan Hard followed by 3.25 weeks of Spartan Lean. A friend wanted to off the Lean and I figured it wouldn't hurt to throw in after the Hard. Goals were to maintain or drop bf and increase strength. My PRRs didn't go up, but felt an overall strength and endurance factor. And those numbers are a bit odd because typically near the end I started taking 3 caps a day rather than the recommended 2.

Never tried a Rock Hard Supplement and only tried PHs twice.

Why would I like to try R-Andro Shred? Well for one, because I'd be a fool not to have an opportunity to log this. The components of this PH should lead to very nice lean mass. As I finished a 6 week series at the gym, I'm getting ready to start my next and something like this along with training sure would help.

I have not officially logged. I started to with the Spartan Hard just on my own, but did not keep up. Not making a strong candidate for myself, but I wasn't being asked to do it for a promotion either. No issues logging 3x a week.

I'd like more of a recomp which I think this would help me manipulate my goals perfectly.

My last cycle was ostar1ne by OL

I have not tried any so I am going in without ever trying your product!

I want to give it a try because I have not tried a hardening PH/designer compound and I want to know what it's all about. Also I haven't tried any Andros in general.

That is just one of them but I did most of my logs a few years back.

I'm trying to be the member that I use to be. Finally have a solid job and weight room situation so moes a better time than ever.
