Im not sure if there has ever been a poll on here about this, but I'm just curious. Do any of you drink? If so, how often? I personally am not a big fan of drinking. Several months go by before I have a drink. Even then, I hate it and feel like crap. I really feel alcohol is best left out when trying to put on muscle or burn fat. From what I know, it shuts down protein synthesis and fat burning for a good period of time.
