You don't see many gym douche-ettes..unless they're cardio bunnies walking on the treadmill and talking loud as hell on their sail foams. I don't think any one is going to mess with you, puccah. But hey, there's no one there. Hit some poses and make faces like Rich Piana all you want, sit on a machine for 5 minutes in between sets, and play video games on your phone. ???

Lol, a few guys came in and I started ego lifting next to them. I'm a fcukin' a**hole sometimes...

Oh and I spilled chalk on the floor. Oooops...

I do that too.

I just hate when people act they are absolute alpha of the gym, think they are tough sh!t, making a big deal how much they lift(when all actuality its not that much).

Like one time I saw a guy benching 245 struggling for 5, then got up and screamed, flexed in the mirror, then starred everyone down. So I stopped my leg workout, went over and asked if I could hop in. He asked if I needed a spot. I said no, then I repped it 14 times easily, looked at him, smiled and walked away like nothing happened.

Let's just say that guy never made another sound or flexed in the mirror when I'm around since.

Ya I know I'm a dick but it needed to be done. I would expect the same from someone else to do to me if I acted that way.

Haha good point it was very Douche no doubt but at least I know I was being a douche right? Also it stopped that guy from doing it over and over(which he did). Also I'm down for some porn lol :p

I tried so hard to avoid the guy who talked my ears off the other day but he still came up to me. Luckily, it was only for 10 mins. He stopped by after work just to say hi to people then he left.
 
There is this one eyed guy, an older dude like me, always looking at his cellphone and working out without breaking a sweat, with his girly weights.
When I started lifting, almost 2 years ago, he came over to tell me how it's done, uncalled for.
I see him every few days at the gym, still looking weak like two years ago, still only one eye and now he don't even greets anymore.

I went to the gym and had a feeling that I forgot something....

I forgot to put on shorts. A** all out in boy shorts. The fcuk?!? Lmao, luckily I threw them in my gym bag.
 
Not nearly as sexy but once I forgot to pack socKs and shoes and had on dress socks from work so I had to workout in just dress socks the whole time (can't squat in loafers lol)

I've seen plenty of girls wearing basically boy shorts and a tank top. Basically yoga pants cut off at the cheeks. I'm pretty sure you only offended people when you covered back up. :)
 
My friend is an Off Topic douche!

He may be confused and angry, but that doesn't mean he isn't many other things. There is no justification for what he did whatsoever. Every one of the people her murdered was innocent of what he was angry about.
 
I work for the cops, it's not fun worrying every call you send them on is an ambush, especially when you're close to a few.
 
I try to look at it unbiased, it's not ok what they did, and it's not ok what the police are doing.
But it makes no sense to go killing innocent cops because one or 2 cops did something.
At least hunt them down...

The justice system has become so corrupt, and the tolerance and acceptance to violence and "black lives matter" crap racist violent protests has too.

All lives matter, even cops.

On topic, I was lifting the other day and these 2 young guys skinny as all get out came into the gym. The one kid must of never been in the gym because I caught him staring at me a lot... Creeperrr
It stayed quiet they asked a question or 2, then they started deadlifting.
Oh no!
No no no no nooo.. I had to stop them, I couldn't watch these kids ruin themselves.
Lifting with a bent over back, no legs involved and they weren't doing RDL lol.
They appreciated the quick but sound advice, and before I left, they were doing it right.

I've done this. I told the tube part over my foot so it's like a thick ankle sock.

I think it's polite unless their throwing attitude. I love cable chest flies and sometimes people are using just one side of the tower for exercises so I gotta kind of "douche" my way in there and ask to work in.
 
One guy at my gym probably has the strongest mouth of anyone I have ever came across in life. He must do at least 10,000 jaw exercises by the time he gets through one set of tricep extensions. Oh and that is literally all he is ever doing. Tricep rope extensions x100.

He literally stays in the cable crossover mean mugging the rest of the world while he continues on his 40th set of the same exact thing he does every single day while remaining "Alpha as F*ck"
 
This one chick always leaves when I go to the weights (small gym). Today I just flipped my **** with this and asked her, apperantly I don't look at her, which is a problem? So I was just like..sorry..
 
Yeah she is, but **** it bro. I am there to train not to be that weird perv who stares at chicks at the gym.
