I like to think I'm pretty good in the gym as far as respect and being courteous to others.

Must say though, this flipping test makes me horny as fook!. I have to try so hard not to look.

But I really think they like it, so long as your not a perv and constantly staring. This one fine lady busted me
hard in the mirror the other day. I felt bad. We ended up finding each other in the same part of the gym a little bit later.
I casually said to her "I'm just following you around" she said to me " I'm about to go home, you ready?"

I didn't....

I'd kill to have one of those experiences at the gym lol

Unfortunately i go to a community fitness center owned by a hospital thats also used for rehab, so the ratio of elderly people to hot girls is pretty awful.

Might be time to switch memberships if this is whats going down at other gyms
 
Not calling anyone a douche bag, but this cracked me up...

Guy walks into the gym wearing a "shrug life" T-shirt. Proceeds to do shrugs with 40 lb dumbbells.
 
So last night I'm just finishing my rear delts and I'm eyeing up the step mill to blast out some cardio and just finish my last set, stand up to get on that ****er and in the time it took my 12 final reps this yoga mom I can't stand hopped on, you know the type, she has the "let me speak to your manager" haircut (shaved short in back long parted bangs in front cut asymmetrically) I literally screamed "****," as I had to get on a stupid elliptical for my 15 minutes of post lifting torture.
 
So I usually wear a sweatshirt to the gym, and take it off once I get a pump going then just carry it around with me. So I have my sweatshirt and my water right in front of a bench(I mean its right there you literarily cant miss it). I get up to superset some triceps and this guy just hops right on in.... Like my sh!t was right there, are you kidding me, are you blind. Dude had arms the size of my wrists was the worst part. Getting pissed just thinking about it lol.

Na I didn't, I usually don't say anything unless I catch them in the act. If they're mid set on what I was using I just take a deep breath, grab my sh1t, and walk away lol. I can usually think of something on the spot to replace what I was doing so not a big deal, just annoying haha.
 
Let me speak to your Manager haircut!!!!!

Rotflmao, a woman I can't stand at our gym has the same haircut. She and her partner will come in and utilize two benches in front of the heavy end of the dumbbells and do some stupid **** in perfect unison.
 
Just finished 275 for 3 squats "full reps" and then this other dude goes to same reck when I'm done puts on 275 also and does 5 quarter reps!!! Looks in my direction and I just laugh. Wtf is with ppl I'm just here to train not trying to be better then ppl at the gym

Lol it is funny seeing people blatantly try to one up us. I was deadlifting and got 375 for I believe for 6-7 reps or something around that number(no belt or straps), I saw some guy watching me do that as he took a break from trap bar DLs. Once I was done he chooses to load up his trap bar with 4 plates on each side. I didn't see him lift it for a good 15 mins but when he did, it was one rep with horrible form and I'm glad he had a belt on.
 
Found out a trainer out my gym did porn (attractive female) from a buddy of mine, started making jokes and such loud and rambunctiously... Turn around and she may have heard the entire thing... Side not still working on getting a link to it/it was a brutal dp apparently


I think I can be qualified as a gym douche today

I think most people don't know they aren't doing full reps. Not something you can see unless you record or have someone critique you.
 
I think my gym staff (mostly women) are starting to get bigger than most of the guys in the gym because they have to pick up and rerack pretty much anything you can think of.
 
My wife keeps telling me she can't wait till she can carry a 45 in each hand and return it to the weights tree lol

I mean they could, be funny to watch one wrestle a weight that weighed as much as them around but it's a dick move in the end so I can't get that video for you all

Basically if you wear anything whatsoever other than a cutoff and shorts this person has a problem with you. GTFO with that petty ****

Lady at the gym took my lat pull down machine even though my sweatshirt and water bottle was right there. She kicked it out of the way. I was pissed. That is all lol.

I walk into the gym today and there are two women, one on the treadmill and one sitting in the middle of the room, earphones in, texting on a yoga mat. So I get in back and biceps and after I leave (walking to the door) she is STILL sitting in the middle of the gym, in full gym clothes, ****ing texting. Why not just go home? Why waste gym space and time? Just **** off!

It depends though, if you're taking a ton of time to get back to it that's not really fair to anyone else. Especially on a very used piece of equipment and depending on what time. I'll do it too but I'm never away for more than a minute.
 
Super setters taking up two machines at the same time when the gym is packed. Bad enough the gym is packed, yet you need 2 machines at the same time? Give me a break.

If you're not at the machine using it then it's not yours. Let somebody else actually use it. I don't blame the lady for doing that. She also has balls.

I was like 5 feet away stretching, not using two machines. I didn't say I was using two machines did I? Nor did I say the gym was packed? Tuck it in there champ lol.

Yeah it's time dependent, if you leave for more than a min or two then it's up for grabs in my opinion. The amount of time I give someone before I take the machine is enough time to get a long ass drink of water then slowly meander back. If they take longer then that then I'm taking the machine cause I have **** to do.
 
Went shopping for shoes tonight and my wife's college age sister went with me. She didn't find any shoes she wanted so she left to go to another store in the mall. The guy working at the shoe store asked if I had a discount card and I said no but my wife does. He said, "Oh, she left didn't she?" Lol! Now I'm cheating on my wife with her hot younger sister. Does that make me a d-bag or just Mormon?

Your real problem is when your wife sees that you talked about her "HOT younger sister." Hopefully she doesn't read these forums, haha.
 
I saw this fella doing bench the other day, wearing his sick beats. After every set he would stand up and start hand motioning with his hands like he was rapping and then pretend to "hit it out of the park" with an imaginary bat.

So I asked him if I could work in and then doubled his weights and sets.

Who's the real douchebag?
