FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

I'm using follidrone 2.0 a part of my pct... this stuff is great bigger and better pumps.. plus my strength went up... I love black lion research products

Its effects seem to be getting better over time, i am now on day 32 and feel i just keep improving, getting stronger and leaner, i always notice when i run follidrone v1 in the past it improves the quality of my muscle and provides me with a more striated appearance.

I posted the following on another FD2 thread also. 6 days in on my FD2 and loving the endurance and the fullness. I'm eating in surplus and losing fat it's great. Only this is due to the fat burning properties I mildly perspire throughout the day in work and my body odour is bad, no major armpit sweating but just an odour. No comments yet from family or work colleagues but I'm very aware of it, anyone else getting this on FD2? Someone else on another thread says their odour smells like fish oil ?

Forgive me if I'm wrong but aren't you taking about 15 g of fish oil a day?

45 grams of liquid straight in the AM with 3 whole egg omelette, 6g coconut oil and 50g reduced fat cheese, and some spinach, around a cup full,

i eat some of the food then drink it between,

Deodorised & Refined Fish Oil
Natural Flavouring
Vitamin E ( DL-Alpha Tocopherol)
EPA: 160mg/g
DHA: 100mg/g

The breakdown is there.

45 soft gels would be way to many. the most i have used in soft gel form is 15 per day, but i do not like consuming all that gelatine.

Do you mean 45ml?

I pour the liquid from the bottle into a protein scoop, and set the scales to grams for a total of 45 grams, it is around a full 70cc protein scoops worth.

I don't notice any body odor, but two nights ago (the last night I took FD2) my wife asked me if I ate fish. I didn't, but she said I smelled like I ate fish. I didn't really notice it though.

This is a TON, and can be harmful. You might want to look into this.

if i start having nose bleeds from thinning of blood i will dial back to 15g, i am only testing this for a short term e.g. next 2 weeks of pct to aid in recovery from healthy omega 3 fatty acids.

I'm on my 2nd bottle of FD2. Everything has been great except I'm hitting those gastro sides pretty hard. FD2 and my stomach are not friends. Been going on since shortly after I started, but it's starting to become quite a pain. I got 2 more bottles after this one, but I'm hoping the new formulation helps but it'll be a while till I can get to it. Getting kind of nuts having to take an immodium with every dose.

Same here. I had to stop my run it got so bad. I am really hoping on a GI friendly version.

For everyone having issues, and being unable to continue using Follidrone, I have a thread in supplement auction where I will purchase them from you. Much appreciated.

Try a few things.
1 with food
2 without food
3. high fat meal or mixed with a few gs of fish oil.
4. high carb meal.

Pls report back.

I find this product to be great, I am using it fasted in the AM and 2-3 hours after my 1st meal, only effect I am getting is more endurance and intensity in my HIIT cardio bag work sessions, more reps and weight on almost every movement, I am also becoming more striated similar to if I was using a dry AAS compound.

Update-
Naringenin is one of the major citrus bioflavanoids we are using in the absorption complex.
Very interesting stuff. Ill continue to add new info regarding the ingredients as we go along. There is ALOT more to this product than whats in the writeup
Another ingredient on top of the eck that is activating GLUT4 and cranking the glucose out of the bloodstream and into the muscles.
This is part of why people are losing weight. Carbs are not being stored as fat when insulin spikes. Instead GLUT4 is shuttling it into muscles to keep them full. EAT UP BOYS@!

Naringenin, a citrus flavonoid, increases muscle cell glucose uptake via AMPK.

Abstract

Naringenin, a flavonoid found in high concentrations in grapefruit, has been reported to have antioxidant, antiatherogenic, and anticancer effects. Effects on lipid and glucose metabolism have also been reported. Naringenin is structurally similar to the polyphenol resveratrol, that has been reported to activate the SIRT1 protein deacetylase and to have antidiabetic properties. In the present study we examined the direct effects of naringenin on skeletal muscle glucose uptake and investigated the mechanism involved. Naringenin stimulated glucose uptake in L6 myotubes in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Maximum stimulation was seen with 75 microM naringenin for 2 h (192.8+/-24%, p<0.01), a response comparable to maximum insulin response (190.1+/-13%, p<0.001). Similar to insulin, naringenin did not increase glucose uptake in myoblasts indicating that GLUT4 glucose transporters may be involved in the naringenin-stimulated glucose uptake. In addition, naringenin did not have a significant effect on basal or insulin-stimulated Akt phosphorylation while significantly increased AMPK phosphorylation/activation. Furthermore, silencing of AMPK, using siRNA approach, abolished the naringenin-stimulated glucose uptake. The SIRT1 inhibitors nicotinamide and EX527 did not have an effect on naringenin-stimulated AMPK phosphorylation and glucose uptake. Our data show that naringenin increases glucose uptake by skeletal muscle cells in an AMPK-dependent manner.

I don't have a thread but if he doesn't buy them PM me and I'll buy them.

I was curious about this myself since it has ACE inhibitor effects (ie bp medicine). I had quite a bad cough on them, and I think 15% of patients can't tolerate that class of bp meds..

I'm not sure if it was this product, but that effect has resolved, as well as the GI issues.

I bumped to 4 caps this week, I went a little hypo today but other than that I feel excellent. I weighed in at 174 this morning... I feel like I did prior to being diagnosed, I'm on my way back to 185 but this time I'll be much leaner... my endo is amazed that my blood glucose logs are trending downward on less insulin, I keep telling him to have some of the other patients try FD2 under his supervision.

So I bumped calories up a bit and added a 4th cap, Viron and Formeron , this seemed to bring my bg pretty low at times. The effect has been very nice as I seem to look a little dryer and libido has really woken up.
Me refeed is tomorrow and I plan on going insulin free, we'll see how it goes.

I will add another 1000 calories per day next week, that will bring me to around 4000 calories per day. I may be pushing it but I have to give it a go to see if my body can handle it.

I have been eating roughly 2000 calories since my diagnosis last September, it feels really good to be training heavier and eating heavier without drastic swings in bg levels.

My hair is growing at an alarming rate. Just got my haircut like 2 weeks ago and it looks like it's been a month. I noticed my nails were growing pretty fast too. If I wait another month I'm gonna look like Fabio.

Same here thought it was my t booster but realized I've used this t booster many times before without this effect, I'm shedding more but my hair is thicker and growing FAST even with the shedding

I thought ec extract stopped shedding in one trial so it's surprising that you're shedding but no surprise about faster growth

DAMN, now I realize why at times my scalp itches like hell. Mainly after double dose or when i'm sweating and/or in sun, if it makes sense, just what I noticed.

Also, been eating 3600-4000 calories with maintenance being around 3000 for 2 weeks now, and I must say my waist hasn't gone up even by a half an inch! Really surprised, recommend to any big eater out there

My GI issue has abated a bit. Its not quite as bad when spaced out 1 x3 per day. Is the reformulated version still being released?
