Metcon (Time)
Teams of 3, for time:
A) 5 rounds each:
-5 cal Airdyne sprint
-50ft bear crawl
B) 50 box step overs each w/ odd object
C) 100 thrusters (95/65)
D) 50 box step overs each w/ odd object
E) 5 rounds each:
-5 cal Airdyne sprint
-50ft bear crawl
On A/E, the next person cannot start their round until the person in front of them finishes the bear crawl. On B/D, each partner must be carrying one of the objects at all times. You must rotate in the same order until all reps are completed. On C, reps may be split up in any way as long as each person completes reps. You must rotate in the same order until all reps are completed
My team did well!! I outdid a gentleman who competes! we did all this in just under 30mins
Here are some facts:
All of my lifts are getting better due to strength and technique.
I have been sore but nothing too bad. I can tell healing is faster!
My knees feel pretty damn good considering the amount of squats and such.
hey jay...couple of questions about megalax.
1. how are you dosing?
2. what times?
3. with food or empty?
4. any change in libido?
5. any change in appetite?
6. looks like your recovery is better, do you have any joint issues? and if so are they better, worse, indifferent? lol
7. oh yeah, what day do you feel megalax started to be felt?

I should have mentioned some of these already so thanks for asking!!
1+2.doses = 2 caps first thing in the morning 7am, and 2 caps in the afternoon 4pm. Considering upping just not sure which dose to increase.
3.morning is before food by 20 minutes and afternoon is usually after last small meal which is at 3pm
4.No change
5.appetite is maybe a little stronger. fortunately BX will help with this.
6.Joints were ok, just some knee pains in the morning. That has been noticably reduced.
7. I would say close to 2 weeks after first dose I noticed subtle changes.

I hear you, that "scaled" competition I entered just release another WOD. They have DU in the scaled division!!!! My partner and I are screwed. He can do 2 singles, then a double. I can do 3 single, then a double. Worst part, I have to hold a sandbag over my head while he struggles to get 20 DU, LOL.
what negative effect did burn xtreme have?
nothing super terrible, but It felt like my heart rate was too high and i had something like cold sweats.. Got really goose bumpy.. Just strange.. I read it could be slight dehydration.. Guess I will need to up the water.. I drink a good amount already.

BTW, I did the computation, it was a BLAST! When it came to DU, my partner couldn't do any, so I had to do ALL of them. I was on the struggle bus. Learned a lot, and didn't come in last place... so I would say it was a success. I plan to switch over to xfit FT in about a month. I will nail it hard for the next 4 months, then enter another local comp solo and see where I land.
Any amrap over 12 minutes seems like forever lol. 25minutes? Ouch. Good job man
Today and yesterday are days of rest. Although I did end up getting a Xebex rower. So I been rowing abotu 2k a night. I have ran the bottle of Mega lax out. So this will be the end of my log..
