Barbell

A: Pressing Snatch Balance (5 sets x 3 reps) 75lbs
B: Snatch Pull + Power Snatch (50/2+1, 55/2+1, 60/2+1, 65/2+1, 70/2+1) 115lbs
C: Pressing Jerk Balance (5 sets x 3 reps)115lbs
D: Clean Pull + Power Clean + Jerk (50/2+1+1, 55/2+1+1, 60/2+1+1, 65/2+1+1, 70/2+1+1) **PR** 155lbs!!

Team WOD

Metcon (Time)
Teams of 3, for time:

A) 5 rounds each:
-5 cal Airdyne sprint
-50ft bear crawl

B) 50 box step overs each w/ odd object

C) 100 thrusters (95/65)

D) 50 box step overs each w/ odd object

E) 5 rounds each:
-5 cal Airdyne sprint
-50ft bear crawl
On A/E, the next person cannot start their round until the person in front of them finishes the bear crawl. On B/D, each partner must be carrying one of the objects at all times. You must rotate in the same order until all reps are completed. On C, reps may be split up in any way as long as each person completes reps. You must rotate in the same order until all reps are completed

My team did well!! I outdid a gentleman who competes! we did all this in just under 30mins

Here are some facts:

All of my lifts are getting better due to strength and technique.

I have been sore but nothing too bad. I can tell healing is faster!
My knees feel pretty damn good considering the amount of squats and such.

You're killing it dude keep it up

6. looks like your recovery is better, do you have any joint issues? and if so are they better, worse, indifferent? lol

I should have mentioned some of these already so thanks for asking!!

1+2.doses = 2 caps first thing in the morning 7am, and 2 caps in the afternoon 4pm. Considering upping just not sure which dose to increase.
3.morning is before food by 20 minutes and afternoon is usually after last small meal which is at 3pm
4.No change
5.appetite is maybe a little stronger. fortunately BX will help with this.
6.Joints were ok, just some knee pains in the morning. That has been noticably reduced.
7. I would say close to 2 weeks after first dose I noticed subtle changes.

Bench Press (5 sets x 4 reps (increase weight each set))===Hit 170lbs for 4 reps. Not bad considering its been over a month since benched last

Skill====Was able to get 4 reps each leg! **PR**

Conditioning=======Ended up doing RX weight with single jump rope cause I suck! lol 10:31 time! 7th out of 13 guys

Not super sore even after all the thrusters and squats!! Feeling strong!

I hear you, that "scaled" competition I entered just release another WOD. They have DU in the scaled division!!!! My partner and I are screwed. He can do 2 singles, then a double. I can do 3 single, then a double. Worst part, I have to hold a sandbag over my head while he struggles to get 20 DU, LOL.

So yesterday was a day of rest. I needed it! Shoulder has been bothering me a little. But feels better today for sure.

Tuesdays workout was crappy

Strength===Wasnt feeling 100% due to running burn extreme. still hit 95lbs
Snatch + Hang Snatch + OHS (5 sets to work to a heavy set, drop 10% x 2 sets))

Skill===Lowest set was 8 reps
Toes-To-Bar (5 sets x ME in 30 seconds and/or progressions)

Conditioning
Metcon (3 Rounds for time) 1=2:54 2=3:01 3=3:02
3 rounds:
-50 calorie row
*Rest 1:1 between each row. Each set should be all out.

Going to attempt to double up again. so crossfit at 6pm and barbell at 7pm

nothing super terrible, but It felt like my heart rate was too high and i had something like cold sweats.. Got really goose bumpy.. Just strange.. I read it could be slight dehydration.. Guess I will need to up the water.. I drink a good amount already.

Happens to me too sometimes, especially if I don't take at least 45sec between sets. Once pulse rate hits about 170 I get this queasy feeling and have to let it subside. It's worse in the summer and stacked with stims and borderline dehydration too.
 
Gotcha!

Yesterdays workout was pretty wicked! Did well!

Ended up second place overall male pretty much. Decided on regular pull ups instead of chest to bar.

I hit 175lbs for the clean and 3 squats

My Wod Time was 9:39!!

And I was able to get 4 individual muscle ups. Cant string them just yet...

PUSH PRESS==145lbs!! **PR** !!
SPLIT JERK ===135lbs
FRONT SQUAT with 3 second hold at the bottom! 3 reps hit 185lbs!! **PR**
GHD HIP EXTENSIONS==3 sets of 12Reps

Was getting pretty tired on the squats.
The coach programmed more legs this week than usual. SUCKED! lol but we should all get stronger!

Nobody F's with me when I get up off the bench all swole to intercept guests coming over. Yeah, there's freakin' clownfish paintings on the wall, What?! :p

BTW, I did the computation, it was a BLAST! When it came to DU, my partner couldn't do any, so I had to do ALL of them. I was on the struggle bus. Learned a lot, and didn't come in last place... so I would say it was a success. I plan to switch over to xfit FT in about a month. I will nail it hard for the next 4 months, then enter another local comp solo and see where I land.

It is very difficult to do crossfit class first and then barbell after.. I was totally zapped for energy at the end. But I did manage to hit decent numbers.. Squatting was a bitch and I am feeling it today. Damn cleans killed me.

Strength==(Held back due to knowledge of heavy squats in the barbell class, worked up to 185lbs for the final 3 sets)
Back Squat (60/6, 65/6, 70/6 x 3 sets)

Conditioning
A: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)==Came out strong with 6 rounds and 7 reps. Most reps for guys!! BOOM
AMRAP 5 minutes:
-10 power cleans (75lbs)
-10 push ups
REST 3:00
B: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)==Came out too strong in the first round and only got 4 rounds which was 4th for guys
AMRAP 5 minutes:
-7 Hang cleans (115/75, 95/65, 75/55)
-7 ring dips/ring dips/ banded ring dips
REST 3:00
C: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)==Totally sucked here with only 2 rounds and 5 reps. Triceps were shot from dips.
AMRAP 5 minutes:
-5 cleans (135/95, 115/75, 95/65)
-5 HSPU/HSPU/mod HSPU

Barbell I was really low on energy at this point..
A: Back Squat (5 sets x 2 reps @ 85-90% (3 sec pause @ bottom)) Even after all the cleans I hit 260lbs for 2 reps with 3 second hold
B: Snatch (60/2, 70/2, 80/2, 85/2, 90/1, 85/2, 90/1, 95/1) ==Got 115lbs
C: Snatch Pull (4 set x 3 reps @ 110% (3 sec pause 2" off ground))==Stuck with 115lbs
D: Over Head Hold (barbell) (4 sets x 10 sec @ 100-110% of 1RM snatch)==Did 2 sets with 115lbs

I wanted to do murph so bad... BUT, I am still recovering from messing up my shoulder from last Saturdays competition. Then, last Monday I trained legs, and pulled something on the right side of my leg. I am hot mess, I cannot tell you how irritating this is.

BTW, how long did it take you?
 
You sound like a mess. First year running it, decided to not go with a vest. 2nd fastest time at 47:50. I am pretty damn happy!
 
Glad i found your log, i will start epg laxozome max, daily dosing will be 200mg. Also liposomal technology is in the bottle so i think i will get the most of the product. 1 month cycle.
