So I didn't die literally, but A small part of me may have lol. Doubling up is tough. Started feeling fatigue towards the end!
Started off with a BANG! I was able to not only get my strict muscle up, I was able to repeat it 6 times! I like to think I have it down!!
Skill
A1: Strict Muscle Ups (5 sets x 2-3 reps or progressions) Nailed it! 1 of maybe 4 people in the gym who has them!!
A2: GHD Hip Extensions (5 sets x 8 reps) Done, nothing crazy
Conditioning
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps) I kill rope climbs but don't have double unders yet.. Guess I will be scaled! DAMN

ME calories on the Airdyne in 1:00 == He wouldn't let me skip so I got 30 cals in 1:00
Barbell:
A: Push Press (5 sets to find 3RM, then drop 10% for 3 sets x 3 ) *PR* I was able to push press 135lbs!!
B: Push Jerk + Split Jerk (60/2+2, 70/2+2, 75/1+2, 80/1+2 x 2 sets) (Started to feel fatigue at this point, But hit 125lbs for the last set )
C: Front Squat (5 sets x 3 reps @ 75-80% (3 sec pause@ bottom))Was able to finish with 155lbs! The 3 second hold made it interesting!
