I m looking for how people have their meal cooked that gives the most nutrition or that the body can absorb it's most.
We know cooking eggs will make our body to absorb more protein than raw protein.
What's ur opinion on various foods in a way of cooking so that we can get best results and not too get bored of same things?

I think the key with cooking is variety. If you prepare any food the same week in and week out you'll get tired of it and struggle to stick to eating the same thing.

I simply cook everything in bulk but vary a few things

1 -- spices (turmeric , Cajun , paprika , cumin , garlic salt , chili powder , 21 seasoning salute , everyday seasoning)

2 - sauces (low carb ketchup , hot sauce , trader joes hot sauce , trini miles hot sauce , salsa and low carb queso from TJ)

I also make homemade Alfredo with almond milk, FF cream cheese , FF cheese and use it on stirfrys

I usually bulk cook rice , chicken , lean beef , lean turkey and use yogurts and protein powder for transportable sludge as an easy meal on the go

Spices and sauces go a long way for variety and also not burning out on your diet

I would never microwave raw food personally and would always cook them on a grill or skillet (chicken or beef or turkey)

Eggs I would never drink that's nasty, I would keep them on a skillet, not in a microwave

Others have given great recommendations on how to increase variety. As far as absorption goes, I wouldn't overthink this. Just go with what you prefer and what is convenient to you.

Any reasons not to microwave raw foods? Which way of cooking destroys most of the protein in any food ?
So that we can avoid those cooking like deep frying.

Then don't deep fry. Just cook eggs on a skillet like 99% of americans do
Have fun cooking eggs in a microwave it can be messy
Cook beef and chicken in a microwave. Most chances it will come out pretty dry compared to cooking it in the oven or on a skillet or on a grill
Just personal preference.

Cooking food a certain way doesn't 'destroy' it's protein content. Different cooking methods may have an impact on how much fat and water are retained in the meat after cooking, but no protein will be taken out of it. Cook it the way you enjoy it the most, and for the love of god don't microwave raw meat! Buy a slow cooker if you're lazy.

Microwaving raw meat would have your meat with the texture of rubber.

This. I guess for sake of convenience it works, but why would you want to eat bad tasting food? If you need quick options, you should just buy canned chicken and tuna. I don't like the taste of canned chicken, but its gotta be better than microwaved chicken. What is your reasoning for microwaving raw meat? Do you not know how to cook using a stovetop?

I would say the slow cooker is an even quicker method. Put 506 pounds of chicken in the pot before work, come home 8 hours later and have a protein source for the whole week. No need to open cans or anything. Cleanup is easy too. I've been buying the slow cooker bags, they are so worth the price.

I don't understand why no one has suggested simply cooking the fruits and veggies that contain fat-soluble vitamins in fat. I saute plenty in fat, mostly beef fat rendered from beef suet. It's delicious and nutritious. If I'm using a home-made aioli I'll just put it on some steamed veggies, but I always make sure to include a substantial amount of fats with my fat-soluble rich veggies.

I like to purchase 70-80% fat ground beef for this reason. Patties or just ground, I remove the cooked meat and then put the vegetal matter (cut while the meat was cooking) in the fat with the browned bits and usually the water that exudes from the vegetables will de-glaze the bottom of the pan. I mix up the herbs and spices and seasoning of course, then re-introduce the meat if its left as ground (not patties) and usually after the reduction in volume from water evaporation the ground meat and veggies will be about the same as the original volume of uncooked ground meat.
