Going to be sore tomorrow. Chest and triceps today. The intensity has set in! Had to rest pause a lot of my sets but not for longer than a few seconds then got angry and busted out my sets till I finished. Same extremely high rep style as my leg day. Pump was insane. Here it is!

Had a bit of an off day today. Didn't do as much weight as I could have. Didn't get a full night of sleep so I was really tired. Still, got a decent pump. Hit shoulders today. Here it is

Today was biceps, calves, and abs. Biceps felt like they were going to explode. It was glorious.

Wide grip barbell curl (dropset):

Week 3 is now over, heading in to week 4. I expect to start seeing some great strength gains this week. No sides so far, I have taurine on hand in case I start getting back pumps and I'm going to order some dht blocking shampoo just in case. Had a few strands of hair on my hand in the shower, probably normal just noticing it because I'm paranoid. Then again I am taking 1000mg of Epi ed so this is very possible. Will continue to monitor and let you all know.

Had a pretty legit chest and tri workout today. Felt strong despite treating my body poorly over the weekend. Aggression was there, had a great pump, hit some strong sets. Rep range was failure at 8-10 reps using the FST-7 style of lifting. Hit some warm up sets and stretches then got in to it!

Incline DB press:

Decline DB press (went light on these, was working out alone and it was awkward on my shoulders picking up the dumbells. Did 3 sets to failure squeezing the **** out of my pecs at the top):

Today was shoulders. Same FST-7 style as yesterday and will be continuing it for the rest of the week. Was pretty tired today. Think I drank a bad kombucha yesterday because at 1am I started having some serious bowel issues if you know what I mean. Was up about every hour since then and it's still persisting. Took some pre-workout tho and still got a decent session in. Did a bunch of shoulder/rotator cuff warm ups and got in it.

DB shoulder press:

Cross body crunches (7 total sets, since I did 10 to one side, 10 to the other I only took 5 seconds between sets. My abs will be feeling this tomorrow):

Sides report, libido is down. Everything still works as it should if I want it to but the desire isn't always there like normal. Not a big deal tho.

Retaining some additional water right now as well (probably from my ****ty eating over the weekend). So this week I'm lowering my carbs a bit to help out. Will also be hitting the sauna after my workouts.
 
So today was back day. I'm almost half way through my cycle. Really enjoying it. Starting to notice I get irrate a bit easier than normal, but nothing that isn't controllable. Honestly really glad I decided to up my epi dose to 1g a day. It's hard to track my strength increases because my rep ranges change a lot but I feel I'm starting to see a strength increase for sure. Here's the workout for today, honestly wasn't fully in the game till about half way through. Felt a bit tired in the beginning and mentally just not there. Need to focus and hit it hard again.

Pull-ups (2 sets to failure):

One arm DB row (I hate these almost as much as I love them):

150x10 (7 sets, had to rest pause the last 3 sets)

Disappointed in the pull ups, probably just because I was tired and unfocused but my normal max is around 23 straight pull ups. Oh well.
 
Active rest yesterday and today. Yesterday just did 30 minutes of fasted cardio and had a generally busy day at work lifting a lot of stuff. Today I will hopefully take my dogs for a walk in the park if the weather holds out.

Also starting to see some increased vascularity in my forearms which I am loving. I've never been vascular, even when I was younger and had under 10% bodyfat. Camera is having a hard time capturing them on the under side of my forearm but here's a pic of the beast coming out on the backside
 
So ****ing angry right now. My last exercise is donkey calf raises and this dip**** is just sitting on it doing like sets of 5 then sitting on his phone. I'm standing here staring angrily at him and he's not getting the fact that he might get punched in the face.

Snapped a quick pic, need to cut water in a bad way but I'm starting to see veins I've never seen before I'm my forearms and even have a nice big vein popping out in my front delt although you can't see it in this pic.

No sides really. Libido is up and down which is normal for this cycle for me. Nuts are starting to shrink also lol, should I post a pic of them?? Haha jk...

Ya man I love it. I show my wife a new vein all excited and she just stares at me. She doesn't get it lol. And ya man mine is also highest in the morning.

Calves were ready to burst lol. Never done the donkey raises before and I really liked it. My calves have always been my hardest body part to grow

Lmao trust me I know the look, the extremely uninterested look , I see it every day it's kind of heartbreaking lol. I'm unlucky I had decent calves and legs but when I cut down from 220-190 I lost most of it from m legs and now my calves won't grow but do get nice pumps lol my biceps have been getting disgusting literally skin tearing pumps too it's crazy feels like arms are completely stretched to the max by the end I can't do a full curls hah

My forearms probably got the best pump today out of everything. Biceps did too tho. Definitely feeling like a beast in the gym

Nice weather so went out to the beach with my wife and the dogs today. They had a blast as did I :) Figured my dogs need to exercise just as much as me! Plus gotta take advantage of this nice weather and stay off the couch!!

Another killer workout, man! People tell me I do high volume on Squats, but you did another set of 8 reps on 225lbs and then 4 sets of 185lbs! Very nice, bro! You definitely earned that Chipotle, haha. By the way, your dogs look like they had a blast!

I've also come to the conclusion that chipotle is an oral anabolic steroid so after a leg day like that it is better then test lol

Haha, I definitely agree with you, brother! When the body is primed, you gotta feed the machine! Hit legs, hit Chipotle.
 
Chest day today. Felt great. Strong, pumped, aggressive and focused. High volume again. Tried to keep my reps in the 10s but dropped to 8 reps a couple times.

DB press (10 sets to failure trying to stay at the 10 rep range. Kinda ****ed myself on the first set. Thought I could get the 100s for 10 but wasn't able to. Smoked me for the rest of it but overall glad I tried and still got a solid workout. Here's a link to my 100lb attempt: Invalid Link Removed
