Hi Tech 1 test log (Sponsored)

Good to know I'm not the only one having headaches haha.

I've been also having good pumps and my muscles looking hard.
 
Last two days have been a upper and lower split
High reps and dealing with the pain

Little update about 1 Test
Gained 6 lbs so far
Muscles are visually larger and strength is up
I see by the end of these 40 days I will gain as much muscle mass as lifting heavy for a year +

Dry joints ankles and elbow hurt - but I have a bad elbow and been upping my running so may not be 1 test related (prob Isent)
Lethargy even with using epi andro and upwards of 1g off caffeine a day
 
Lethargy seems to be a legit issue for about 10-15% of users so far. It sucks that its a reality, but such is hormones. Despite those side effects, to say you can gain as much in 40 days with 1-andro as you could during an entire year without it...hot damn, that really shows just how intense this compound really is

Sides are not bad at all for what you gain from it. Legit gains are crazy.
Plus getting slight acne - who gives a fuk lol

Your log looks great so far bro! What are you gonna do for pct? I called hi tech and they said 1 testosterone didn't need a pct which I knew couldn't be true haha.

Thanks I like to be honest in logs and it makes for good logs.
You will need a pct and running clomid at 50/25/25 stacked with super pct. this stuff is strong and will shut you down
 
It's kind of surprising that hi tech hasn't come out with a 4-andro based product to serve as a test base for their 1-Testosterone. That might help fight some of the lethargy and dryness you've been feeling. Has 1 test been a libido killer for you bro?

Blood pressure is within normal range
Headaches are gone
Breaking out a little more but that's probably due to Florida heat.

Must say went to a buffet to eat. Went to carving station and told the guy I wanted that steak. He cut me a piece and I said no the whole thing

It's like they get paid extra to give you the smallest peice of steak possible.

Haha, whenever I go to a buffet with steak.. I have to have a freakin discussion with them. I'm like bro, give me a ton, or I'm going to be up here all night. Typically, they are nice enough to cooperate.

Face acne came and left only after a few days. Back and chest acne is min but do feel greaser for some reason. Prob because my fats are around 80 ATM

Some are good and actually have squat racks, leg press machines and weighted bars. Others I have been to have only machines and all have smith machines only.
I use my work gym usually but planet fitness is for the days I'm not working. $10 a month to use it once or twice a week is win
 
Wouldn't mind going in to Planet Fitness and being on of the strongest members. Probably helps with the alpha mindset... lol

It was 72% of max weight for 5 sets of 9
It's tiring and did some low weight movements in between sets.

Today is last day will log workout and give thoughts shortly

You taking this with or without food? Doesn't really specify on the label?

With the enhanced delivery system, imo it shouldn't matter as much as tradition hormones, but I would still take it with a fat source to be sure. I wouldn't even want to waste 1mg!
