I would like to thank VaughnTrue MARK_ for sending me 2 bottles of Hi Tech 1-Test to log for the next 40 days. I will be running 3 pills daily spaced out (330mg a day).

Little about 1-Test
1-Testosterone by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals is based upon a naturally occurring metabolite for many animals including man that has properties far different from standard testosterone in the body. 1-Testosterone is more of a mild hormone that will give you cleaner gains and dramatic strength increases. There are three prohormones to this compound:1-androstenedione, 1-androstenediol and 1-Androsterone aka 1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one. Of the three, only 1-androsterone is still available on the U.S. market, and this is what Hi-Tech manufactures using its proprietary Cyclosome Delivery system for increased bioavailability.


In a recent study released in the Journal of Applied Physiology, the oral prohormone 1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one which converts in the liver to 1-Testosterone was as potent milligram-for-milligram to Testosterone Enanthate, the gold standard for Testosterone products. Very few dietary supplements have been subjected to a clinical study. However, the active prohormone 1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one was the subject of a clinical study at the West Texas A&M University, the California Baptist University and the University of Texas at Austin. The results showed 1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one to be significantly more powerful than it would appear structurally. The 9 males gained an average lean mass of 10.4 lbs and an increase in strength of 92.2 lbs in total load on bench/squat/deadlift. These are significant gains from a prohormone. The researchers concluded that the prohormone supplement contributed to robust improvements in muscle mass and strength in resistance trained. Although repeated studies are necessary to substantiate the efficacy of any compound, it’s safe to say that 1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one definitely packs a punch.

1-Testosterone would give you clean gains that are very dry and lean in nature. This means you won’t get a lot of bloat or estrogen activity with this prohormone. The lack of estrogen actually causes most people to stack this steroid with 4-andro or another “wet” compound. This helps potentiate the gains and increase the “comfort” of the cycle. 1-Testosterone will help give you clean gains that are very sustainable and help your strength go through the roof.

Epi andro is great but my bottle is leaking with the cap on - I know it doesent taste the Best but the leaking is horrible. Don't want to run out prior to cycle ending.
 
Got in a quick leg session while the kids where at swim.

Energy has been great so far and scale still the same so nothing new to report there. Still only day 2

Just made Kodak cakes pancakes with a scoop of strawberry protein and flaxseed added hhhnnnggggg way to get 75g of protein in for breakfast

My session started off great but my energy died quickly. Did not sleep that well last night with my 2 year old beating me up all night. Will see how back day is tomorrow. Or I need to up my caffeine pre workout.

Looks like a meal in all those pills.
 
Pills are stronger than I thought after that statement. No worries about them at all falling apart

Ive noticed that as well. Some of the other pills that I have taken in the past (Vitamin C for example) always seem to break apart no matter what I do.

Glad to see the Hi Tech ones are holding up!!!!!

I need to get bands for squat days. I would love them for speed work them and probably weighted vest for treadmill walking.
