No thats why its so low in reps. Lol I still got a pain in the middle of my quad and bruising but my range of motion wasnt compromised just my amount of reps haha. Btw about our talk i switched to 1inch and intra-glute.. I think im all good and sorted now ?

That's what I tried initially and just couldn't get comfortable. I ended up using the v squat machine.

It's interesting because I've always used that machine facing the back pad as the normal setup felt very awkward and actually made my back hurt... This time I was able to get set right and I think just the way I was forced to hold my body (no forward pressure on my knees) made it work out

Actually was able to bb back squat again! No idea how or why but today everything was 100% pain free so I took it easy and only worked up to 225 and just for a single but full rom and no pain on that or light leg press was a huge step!
