I'm going to push for a big 3 digit challenge today!
I've only done the 500 squat challenge once before n I couldn't walk well for a week, ha ha..
I'm up for some big numbers today..
It's been a while since I had a good challenging leg sesh..
I miss that good ol DOMS..

Quick update from last nights leg sesh!
I didn't quite make it to 500 reps..
4 variations, 20reps, 4sets is all I got, ha ha..
My job is physically demanding ( nursing home) so I stopped at 320 reps, my legs were on fire, however I am still walking today!
Woo hoo!
Cardio post training helped..
We will c tomorrow, lol..
Usually I really feel it after 48 hrs
So we r at ....
