Recently received 2 bottles of their 1-Andro for a 40 day cycle, yes this is sponsored but I will be honest, no BS.

Currently 7 weeks out from my next show(Men's physique), eating at sub 500-750 cals daily. Last year I did my prep natty, end up losing a lot of strength, looked shredded but very flat and small. I hope Hi-Tech 1-Andro will help me maintain strength and keep me full and hard looking.
Right now I'm training 4-5 days a week, hitting each muscle group only once a week, maybe a extra day to touch up whatever I feel is needed. And no I'm not lifting heavy, rep ranges from 8-12.

Cycle:
Already on day 48 of OL Ostarine, 20mg daily, will stay on it for another 45 days or so. The Ostarine is helping with the shredding but I'm still losing strength gradually.

Started first dose yesterday
1-Test: 330/330/330/330/330
OL Super Epi-Elite: 500/500/500/500/500 (mainly as a test base/help with the cut)

Primeval Cycle support
I have dermacrine on standby in-case of high lethargy.

Ancillaries: Nolva, clomid, aromasin, and adex OH

Will not be going into PCT after this cycle, I will go straight into OL 1-Andro(330mg) in order to compare the two.

Been busy studying for a promotional exam didn't get a chance write a update.

Hit chest yesterday, had a great pump(took one pill pre-wo), no major change in strength but was able to get a few more reps per exercise in than last week.

Flat barbell press: 135x12, 185x10, 205x8, 225x5

Machine dips: 4x185x12

Incline barbell press: 3x185x8

Cable flys: 3 sets at various weights each at high and middle position

Incline machine press: 90lb plates each side, 3x10

Worked out back today, pull-ups, various rolls, and pull downs. Again got a good pump even on low carbs.

Also forgot to take any pre-wo, but still saw major improvement in vascularity. It's actually pretty amazing, the vascularity is similar to what I experienced while on Triumph/Trest.

It's great to see the vascularity improvement. Especially with no preworkout.

DB lateral raises: 4x12-15
DB press: 55, 65, 75, 80lb by 6-10 reps
Rear delt DB fly: 4x12
Half rep DB Lateral raise-4x8

Down to 154.2lb, looking more conditioned this morning. Looking hard and semi-full despite on low carbs. Feeling good so far about this cycle.

Looking good. Delts are popping nicely. The one I can see anyway.

Took 2 days off from the gym, also didn't track macros probably ate at a surplus. But the extra carbs helped out a lot on my shoulders today. Worked out semi-fasted, was full and no usual feelings of weakness either. I think 1-Andro is probably much more effective on a bulk

Hit legs and some bi's today:
Front squat: 4x8
Leg press: 4x12- went up to 5 plates on each side
Calve raise: 4x15
Hex squat:3x10
Hamstring curl: 3x12

Running a high deficit diet this week, trying to maintain strength.
 
due to its high anabolic rating (~700% x that of testosterone) it makes a really great option for a bulk, but due to its lack of aromatization, it does make a great cutter. I always like to include a DHT based compound when I cut however. So 1-Test + epiandro would be my perfect legal cutter
 
Nice leg work. How do you feel this is helping your strength at this point?
 
No strength lost since starting this cycle, but neither did I gain much which is understandable due to the aggressive deficit I'm running. In the end strength maintenance is not as important compared to muscle retention and looking hard and full by peak week.

Biggest problem with true natty prep is flattening out, no other way around in order to get shredded.

With that said I'm not expecting anything like Test, tren and mast cycle.

Was suppose to post a update yesterday, did a chest workout and conducted a strength test on the incline barbell bench (first exercise). Went up to 225lbs and put it up for 4 reps at 152.5lbs which is the same when I was at 157. So yeah strength is maintaining.

Worked on back today, same routing. I really enjoyed the added vascularity, pump, and hardness since starting the cycle!
 
Also another thing you guys may want to know. I had my monthly blood work done couple days ago for my accutane treatment. Liver function was normal, cholesterol is slightly elevated tho, Doc said most likely is from the accutane. So it's good to know the Andros is not tearing me up haha

Bro, accutane does a number on cholesterol. I've taken accutane before, pretty liver toxic as well, at least for me. I was 16 or so. I tolerated 6 months of it up to 180mg daily. Never had acne again.. I had fairly bad acne prior. After, never saw pimples again except the typical 1 here and there every once in a while.

I only get back acne when coming off hormones for 2-3 weeks.

This is good to hear about the Andros. It's good to see your strength is maintaining as well

Yea it's actually pretty huge if 1-test has min impact on the body(besides BP lol) and still has similar results comparable to mild methyls like triumph
 
Hit shoulders yesterday, got a pretty good pump. Strength seemed to decline a little bit, struggled to put up 85lbs DB for military press. Might have to up my calories a little.

Also check my BP, it was 112/74. Headaches subsided, but usually I get it in the mornings.

I'm glad the headaches have subsided.
 
Chest work out today, off day yesterday.

First exercise is always strength test, this time its flat barbell bench. Was able to work my way up to 225lb for 6 reps, probably could of gotten 7 but I didnt have a spotter. Which is pretty amazing since I was barely able to get 5 reps up prior to this cycle.

However the rest of the work out wasn't so good, lost a lot of endurance since the past month, lost couple reps on the incline BB bench, and incline DB press. Low carbs and high deficit does take a toll.
 
Nice work on the 6 at 225 though. Makes sense that your endurance is down with low carbs and high deficit.

Hit Back yesterday:
4x10-12 pull-ups
4x8-10 bent over DB Rolls (up to 90lb)
4x10 seated low cable rows
4x10 medium grip LAT pulldowns
4x8 barbell rows

Had a great work out, my muscles pretty much harden and expanded with the pump 15 min into the workouts. But had some major lower back pumps during the DB rows, dang it was unbearable. Need to get some taurine asap.

Today worked on shoulders:
4x6-10 DB military press: went up to 85lbs, struggled... only able to put up 6 reps was kinda disappointed (lost a rep or 2)
Rest of the workout was great
4x12 DB lateral lifts
4x12 DB rear delt flys
3x10 Machine military press
3x12 15 Front raises using a 25lb plate
3x10 Half rep DB lateral raise

Did a light leg workout yesterday:
Leg extensions: 4x12
Front leg squats: 4x10
Calf raises: 4x15
Leg press: 3x10-12
Hack squat: 3x10

Workout was light and smooth.

Chest day today:
Strength test on the incline barbell bench. Hit 225 for 4 reps on my own and the 5th with a little assistance from my spotter. No strength lost so I'm good with that! And I'm getting more shredded every week.
