Killed shoulder yesterday:
Mil DB press:4x6-10, was satisfy to put up 85lb dbs 6x on the 4th set. Better performance than last week.
Lateral DB raises: 4x12-15
Rear delt machine flys: 4x10
Seated Barbell mil press: 3x10, played it safe and only went up up 155lbs
Half-rep DB lateral raises: 3x12
Front raises with ez curl: 3x10
Coming down to the last 3 days of the cycle, this week of the cycle I felt the best too bad that it's coming to an end. I'm switching right over to the OL 1-Andro and just hope it can hold up to the same effect.
