What's a good recommended caloric intake if I started this? Right now I'm trying to lose weight so I'm around 18-1900calories per day consuming 220g protein

What's your maintenance level for calories? I can't really tell you unless I know that, but if you're wanting gains you should be in a surplus, not a deficit. Perhaps look at using HiTech SD on a bulk or stay right around maintenance level calories to attempt a recomp.

Depends on body weight etc..

Go to iifym. Com and calculate that yourself.

Even when you are cutting. You need food.

Took a day off the gym yesterday as it was horrible! Worse today!! But I gotta get back in it! PUSH THROUGH THE PAIN!

It did no good!
Today is just as bad!
So tight and sore I can barely get out or in the car! best workout ever!!

Ice I haven't done I may do that next time.
I got stretched but it only helps for a few minutes lol!

I like contrast showers if you can stand them ;)

Oh I eat every 3 hours throughout the day. 170g if the protein comes from my actual food sources...chicken/egg whites/fish.

I think it depends on your activity level, I'm on a recomp pretty much but my calories are roughly 5k a day.
2-300g protein.

I am very active though. 2 hour gym days then lots of added activity!

I'm gaining lean mass while losing fat pretty nicely.

Same here....I start with 30min cardio then 90min of lifting. Once at work I sit at a desk lol

I don't do cardio until after the gym.
My cardio is usually jetski football or some kind of sport to make my cardio fun.
ZERO tolerance for a treadmill or running a line lol

Jetski football sounds amazing Hahahaha. I feel you on the leg day, I'm doing 10x10's aka GVT. Starting to think I'm shooting myself in the foot by not taking a compound like this as I do it. I know it's a different compound then the original sdrol, but are you feeling any of the old symptoms (lethargy, back pumps, acne, ect)?

I have got a miracle amount of lethargy, the pumps are wonderful, not painful drol pumps. Acne, not as of yet. I do feel as my skin is getting a tad bit more oily.
Blood pressure seems to be on check as well, maybe a little higher than normal.

So far so good!
 
Definitely see some gyno aggravation, gonna run some aromasin at 12.5mg Ed and wipe that out

I'm definitely becoming a dense mutha ****a!

I eat train sleep so I'm hoping to grab 220 so when I drop I stay about 210.

+13lbs in ~10 days? damn...sure sounds eerily similar to the original SD like I've been claiming :D

Yea bro, I'm eating like 5k Cals a day and lift about 1-2 hours a day.
Depending on the week I take off 1 day only 2 after leg days because I smash legs till I can't walk
 
wow quite impressive. I have been very skeptical of these 2 step removed pro-hormones but it seems like, at least in your case, they are delivering quite well. I am eager to see more logs.

I think the major thing is to put the work in with them, this is working well for me

If you read through those logs, you'll see the same thing over and over again. REALLY big gains from moderate doses.

I think this is a great product, again... I'm logging this and have no reason to lie, I didn't pay for it.
But the gains that I continue to see on a daily in just weight alone are great.

Keep watching man, I hope people can see what this does, if it stays like this through pct, it is a solid product, and less toxic on you
 
thanks man, gonna check all these out. really, i was never interested in these compliant post ban prohormones because i just thought no way they could work. it is quite awesome that they are effective!
 
So today I got into a new gym,
Gym was great, except the bench press bench. Seemed a little skinny!

However chest went great, did a bit of Hypertrophy today on chest

Bench:
225x10x4
255x8x4
275x5x2
135x30x1

Incline bench
135x15x1
185x12x1
185x8x1
225x5x1

Decline same thing

Did a cable fly routine to hit upper middle and lower chest

Pec deck as well

It was late in the day so I wasn't able to get my back session in, I will be off the gym tomorrow as I am getting my sleeve worked on so I'll be in the tattoo shop all day.

I may get in some gym time though!

Still up 13 lbs strength is increased but more than anything I am able to put the reps up.

I'm not as strong as a lot of people but I feel like I'm decently strong.

I love it!

I have a workout partner that is 100 percent dedicated as I am so it makes it nice.

Working out alone and with someone is 2 different worlds.
The pump I get to chase and the pain and fight I can put in is bar none the best with my partner.
When I struggle to get the last 3 or less, he will help. But it doesn't stop there! If we fail, however many we fail, we have to do that many negatives!

Makes failure absent!

Tattoo work today so some crappy short sleep so I can smash the gym this morning beforehand!

Thought I wasn't going to go but I have had two days off past couple weeks so this week so I can't miss another!
Morning started out great!

Started with 8 eggs a tad bit of cheese 50 pull ups, 10x5 legs extended
Some coffee bit of computer work and then gym!

Good or hear man! I had an off day today too. Weak and grumpy all day haha

Moody days rarely ever happen to me BUT when they do it is hard for me to snap out of it. I am usually a very talkative individual but when I am grumpy I shut down and won't talk at all

Then I have terrible workouts.

Glad you are loving the product still brother!!!
