I'm trying 30mg during PCT and it's a little early to tell for sure but I think I can definitely tell the difference between 10, 20, and 30mg. Hell, maybe I'll try 50mg for a few weeks. :sleepy:

So just so I understand: You would do 5 On / 2 Off if *just* taking MK-677, but would do 7 days a week if you added Huperzine-A? What's the method behind each of those madness'Add to that the general recommendation to NOT take Huperzine-A indefiniately.... So confused
We should all post our protocols:
I started at 10mg 24/7 with Hup-A. Then went to 20mg 24/7 with Hup-A. Currently at 20mg 24/7 with Hup-A Monday through Friday. I take 2.5mg of Melatonin *every* night.
I may jump to 30mg - if i see some sides, I'd be more confident in my purchases (OL & FN capsules).
if you taking mk 677 before bed, can you take it with ZMA?

I'm at 30mg and loving it. Probably will keep it there until I finish PCT and drop to 20mg then.
200-400mcg hup-A every day, and I've started taking 9mg melatonin 3-4 days a week as well.
Ipamorelin EOD at 250mcg usually post workout, sometimes upon waking or right before bed. Basically whenever I can find a time that I'm actually fasted.
I have IGF-1 LR3 and HGH Fragment 173-191 due to arrive on Monday.
you should really look at stacking mk with a GHRH , not another ghrp like Ipamorelin. You will get much better results IMO stacking a ghrp & a ghrh as opposed to 2 ghrp's..
Also the igf and gh frag, i hope u arent as disappointed as i am with both of them.

So don't add hup a etc from the get go?I ran 10mg for several months, and it worked well for me. I would say just run it like that again, and after a while you can add melatonin or hup-a or whatever somatatostatin inhibitor you'd like, to make it even more effective.

Thanks bro.It might, but that's not really what it's intended for so I wouldn't put too much faith in it. If you want to preserve muscle while cutting, run a low dose of ostarine or something.

It's been shown to reverse the negative nitrogen balance while dieting so yeah, it'd help.

you are on mk long time right ? what's your protocol dosage cycle/length ect mk every day ? 5 on 2 off ? i started using mk 5 days ago 10 mg a day still not sure which option is better. The goal is overall recovery speed up healing process i have few injury tennis elbow bad knee...

hope they are both gtg - i dont want bunk lolI have both. Can't tell a diff between them - took only OL, took only FN, then took one of each. HOWEVER - recent update - I've gone to 30mg (using 2 from one company and 1 from the other, rotating) and since doing so, have had uncontrollable hunger binges hit me at around 6PM for the last couple days now. I'm at 2600kcals in a Reverse from 2200... and I never felt these binges until 30mg. Soooooo.... I may need 30mg to get hungry and I'd say both are good to go? (Or one is bunk and I wasn't really at 20mg with one of each, hahahahaha!)
