Today's workout was much better both mentally and physically. Also started back on my Stimul8. Had laid off of it for the past few months. Really hadn't needed it. So legs was on tap for today:

And I called it a sweatfest. Legs all pumped. Left some in the tank on each exercises. And boosted my mental by knowing I didn't lose much over the past months lighter sporadic workouts. Now I just hope there are some good heavy weights at Adak. I was told by one of the guys who was just up there(owns Premiere Seafood that a lot of the smaller db's have been taken but the heavier ones are all still there. And some old equipment and plenty of plates, bars, racks, and benches. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
